 + -1 moreI should have known when i called and the person just answered the phone "hello" not Aasen's that things had changed. I have used this company in the past with good results, but not this time. I was told they would come the following day at 10 am and call first. By 11 am that day---no call, no info. I called around 11:15 and we had to leave a voice message asking what was going on. About 20 minutes later the technician called that he would be there in about 20-30 minutes. He was and he was good---but wow---the scheduling, the follow thru--very poor. When I gave him a credit card to pay, he had to call the office and of course nobody was in.....very strange way to run a business.

 + -1 moreHe did exactly that. He was very professional and had a great personality.
Description of Work: Our locks on our house broke and the chain was still on, so we couldn't get in. When he came he could immediately tell what the problem was with the back door lock without having to take all the locks off. He suggested it would be cheaper to cut the chain off the front door and just replace the little piece in the lock that needed it.

 + -1 moreHe came on pretty short notice. I was going on vacation the next day (they came out the same day I called, within an hour). I was real happy with them. I thought the prices were reasonable. He tried fixing the locks before he replaced them, and I decided just to have them replaced.
