Description of Work: Because my car door was sticking, I tried spraying WD 40 in the lock. It jammed the lock and my husband called this Locksmith on the phone. He explained, over the phone, how I had jammed the locks in my car door, buy touching the lower section the doors and putting them in the locked position. He explained this to my husband, he then explained what happened and what to do, which my husband did and this guy probably saved us $65.00 and maybe a little more cause the doors weren't locked, just jammed. The locksmith was great, my husband got a little emotional, but pulled through.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE FRIENDLY ON THE PHONE, TOOK MY ADDRESS AND INFORMATION AND SAID SOMEONE WOULD CALL BACK. BY 8:00 PM, NO ONE CALLED BACK. SO, I CALLED THE NUMBER AGAIN SEVERAL TIMES AND NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE.
Description of Work: I LOCKED MYSELF OUT OF MY HOUSE AND CALLED THEM TO COME OPEN MY DOOR AROUND 5:45 PM.
