I paid him for the work before he was all the way finished. There ended up being a problem with the work. I then contacted him at least five to ten times and every time he gave me a different excuse on why he couldn't finish the job. He finally told me he would give the work to his brother, but I never heard back from anyone.
Description of Work: I contacted them to repair a gutter problem.
