Dr. Steve was very patient with me in answering my many questions and in resolving the PC issues I was having. He spent allot of time explaining the areas of concern I was having. I will recommend him to anyone I know that needs a " A Computer Doctor".

Steve has always been prompt and attentive to our needs and emergencies.

Very well. He gave me an appointment within a few days of when I called. He came when he said he would. He was very personable and got the job done.

He has done great work for us. The service was fine. He did exactly what he was supposed to do. He did it nicely. I would absolutely use them again.

I called Steve regarding setting up my new monitors on Monday AM. He came out today, Tuesday, @ 10 AM. They work perfectly. Steve is my "go to" computer guru. He helped me with purchasing a new computer on 12/1/14. He went with me to buy the computer, transferred my files from the old computer to the new computer, and set up my new computer. My work is very time sensitive and he realizes that. He has always been professional, punctual, and helpful. Thanks, Steve!

My old PC was getting slow and unreliable. Steve had worked on it in the past and I hired him to get a new one. I gave him a ballpark figure and he gave me some examples of what I could get for that price. When we agreed on the final figure and options he brought the computer over to my house and transferred the contents of my old computer to the new one. He made sure the new one was working correctly and then showed me how to do a "Monthly Maintenance" to keep the computer safe and healthy. It works great and is much faster than my old machine.

Went very well. Steve obviously enjoys his work and it shows in his pride of workmanship.

I called Steve and explained my computer was down. I am a CPA and this was a really bad time for this to happen in the middle of tax season. I called Steve around noon on March 17. He said he would try to make it out that day, if not it would be tomorrow. He called me about an hour later and said he was on his way! My computer was fixed within an hour of his arrival. Thanks, Steve!

This was worth every penny as it is now working correctly. I have used this company for the past several years and have been happy with their work. He can come out to your house, does excellent work, explains thing very well and gives you options.

He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Steve talks on a level that I could understand (I would say my computer knowledge is "average"), vs. my former computer repairman who unfortunately is no longer with us anymore. It is easy for a computer "geek" to talk over people and make things hard to understand, Steve did not. He also gave me some suggestions to improve my computer's life and its performance (surge protectors, back ups, etc). I recommend him!

It went horribly. He seemed to do more talking than working, and I got the sense he may have not quite known very well what he was doing. He was at it for a couple of hours, and he tried to charge me for even more. I wound up going to Geek Squad and it took them no time at all. I still go there for my computer troubles. .

When he delivered my serviced computer, he made sure all network and printer connections were in place. He taught me how to perform maintenance on my computer and answered all of my questions.

I use him on going. I’ve used other places but they are triple the price. I have a desk top and laptop that he services. He is very reasonable. Sometimes I can call him and he will talk me through the problem on the phone at no charge. He is pretty easy to work with. He’s always punctual and accessible.

Steve is extremely knowledgeable and very nice to work with. He's very professional and promptly return calls. My brother has used him with great satisfaction, and now my Mom uses him for ALL of her computer needs!

The owner could not personally make it due to other commitments, but sent employee (Marty) the next day. Arrived close to appointed time. Called to say would be a few minutes late. Operation went smoothly and all file connections restored. I had a couple of questions about backing up some files and owner offered helpful suggestions.

Called to repair an old HP computer that had crashed. This was the 2nd major failure in a few years, but the first time I called someone for a repair. He was able to get the computer rebooted after replacing the hard drive. Could not recover the data which did not surprise me since this was crash number 2. (Had backed up important data on external drive) He was able to get the computer back working and repaired a lot of the drivers I had lost and been living without from the first crash. It was nice to have sound and the use of my disc drives again! He also installed antiviral and other monthly maintenance type programs that should keep me running clean from now on. There was one minor glitch when the USB chip for the wireless mouse went missing during the repair, but without hesitation he gave me a wired mouse to use temporarily and then a few days later came with another wireless mouse replacement free of charge. He showed up on time for appointments for pick up and then return of repaired computer. Would definitely use again for other computer issues. It was very convenient having someone come to the house, instead of having to haul the hard drive to a shop and then try to reconnect the computer to everything again myself.

When he attempted to reset my old router (I forgot password and couldn't login), we discovered it wasn't working. Because I didn't want to wait and reschedule for a new router set up, he took the time to assist me in the selection of a new router at a nearby electronics store and installed it yet that night. While the extra time wasn't covered in the Big Deal I purchased, the additional charges were reasonable. I really appreciated his accommodation and willingness to complete the unexpected extra work in the same visit.

He was excellent. He came when he said he would and brought the equipment when he promised. He was very patient with me and explained in detail that I could understand. I will continue to use him and recommend him to others.

Steve has worked several times on my computers and my father's computer. He is a really great guy and will make suggestions to reduce cost. I recommend Steve highly.

As the computer slowed down, we sent him an incomplete email. He came the same day to check it and took it in. He ran diagnostic and identified the problem. He repaired the computer and checked it. He called to return it. He was able to return it 3 hours earlier than we had anticipated. He set up the computer in our office and made sure everything was functioning. He took all of our recyclable electronics and everything is working fine. We are always pleased with his service.

Mr. Freeze was very professional and very punctual. He was extremely good at explaining what the problem was and exactly what he did to correct it in terms we could understand.

He is excellent and I would recommend him to anybody. I have been using him for almost 10 years. He is very thorough and makes sure I understand everything he is doing.

Mr. Freeze was successful in restoring my password within a short period of time. He was 35 minutes late and didn't telephone because he had an incorrect telephone number for me even though we spoke on the telephone earlier in the day. Even though we found we had a common interest, Mr. Freeze did monopolize the conversation. He is very knowledgeable but most of what he said was over my head so the conversation could have been shorter. However, I would use his services again and I would highly recommend him to others.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. I didn't spend anything more than the Deal. The guy was real thorough. I was pleased with it.
