911 Restoration

It went well. The work was done professionally without any issues. In addition, the price was very reasonable considering I had another estimate for almost four times what he charged. My only issue was his lack of communication & the fact that he would not give me an exact date when the work could be done. He contacted me a day before they came out. Apparently, his employee was out sick & he wasn't sure when he would be back. This was not that much of an issue because the damage was in the garage & I am retired so there was no urgency. In addition, he never gave me a written estimate for the drywall replacement which was done a week or so after the remediation. Even with this, considering the work that was done and the price, I would give them an A rating and surely use them again.

Rick was very professional. He was punctual and kept in contact with me. He explained step by step what he was going to do and answered all of my questions. He was very accommodating when it came to my animals. When he was done, he cleaned up the basement and gave me the final instructions. The basement looks great. All the mold is gone and I am very happy that I chose 911 Restoration to do the work for me.

My house was currently pending sale with the closing date quickly approaching. In order to pass the housing inspection, there was a list of things that needed to be fixed that I couldn't do myself. After several contractors stood me up to get these things fixed, there was time to reach out to one more company. I was referred to Rick from my realtor. Fortunately for me, Rick got everything knocked off the list just in time before re-inspection and closing. He was very thorough, taking many pictures of his before-and-after work at the house. Even after the work was completed, he came out to the house to discuss some of this work with the buyer's realtor so that we could close on the house. I'm very happy that Rick took care of the house and its issues. I would highly recommend his company if you encounter any mold issues at your house.

Rick was great. I called after hours and he immediately returned my call. It wasn't an emergency but we had just received word from our Realtor that the inspection indicated a severe mold/moisture issue. He set an appointment for the following morning and when he thought he was going to be 10 minutes late, he let me know. He came in and did a complete visual inspection and explained everything he saw to me. He then took readings of the moisture levels in all areas of concern. He sent me pictures of all the readings on his meter to show that they were all normal. He answered all my questions and explained all the options. He followed up with me that day with an estimate and an explanation of the meter readings. He could have sold me a lot of work based on what the inspector had said but he didn't. He was very honest and upfront with what little work needed to be completed. Would use him again.

The assessment went great. No work was actually completed since their assessment indicated no repairs were needed.

He came out next day, and he was done. It was quick, easy, and painless. Rick is very nice and he is always quick to respond back. He is very friendly and I have been using him for about 4 years now. I would highly recommend him. He does excellent work.

They were great! They were professional and knowledgeable.

Our basement flooded, Rick came out and sucked up the water and checked the sump pump, did a mold test and also inspected a few loose shingles.
