 + -1 moreThis organization publishes a coupon. I had almost $100 worth of clothing to dry clean. They were pricey and would only let me use one coupon. Told me I could keep coming back to use the others. What a hassle. Lacking in professionalism and customer service.

 + 0 moreWe have been customers for years, even continuing after we moved out of the neighborhood. In addition to weekly dry cleaning, their tailor has replaced a jacket zipper for me (the new zipper's better than the original) and she has hemmed several pairs of pants as well. Their service is solid and fast, but it's the extras that really add to the good feeling that we have for them. The ladies are all so pleasant and always give my son a lollipop whether he's with us or not. There have been times that they have made minor repairs to my husband's clothes that were only brought in for cleaning. On one notable occasion, they returned a memory card that was found in a pocket prior to cleaning. The card was presumed lost by my very disappointed husband, and it really meant a lot to him that they found it & kept it safe until he came in to pick up his clothes. They recycle bags and hangers and accept coupons from their website & the coupons4indy website as well. We're grateful for their good service & highly recommend them.
Description of Work: My husband has his work clothes dry-cleaned weekly (price given is for one pair of pants). Less frequently, I have my own clothes dry-cleaned & tailored as needed.

 + -1 moreI needed my suit dry cleaned and tailored (waist taken in about an inch) and a funeral and didn't have much time to get it down. I dropped off the suit on Saturday and it was ready to pick up on Monday in plenty of time. The seamstress was professional and I believe they pushed their normal timeline for getting work done to accomodate my pressing need.
