The service was excellent. He didn't rush and took time to assess the leaks. I have had plumbers come and go stating that the leak was fixed only to have the same leak. I appreciate good service and I plan to hire again.

EXCELLENT! Got me in the next day. Arrived timely, thoroughly assessed the situation, and promptly installed new equipment which he had on this truck. He also made sure I new how to use the little wrench in case it ever got stuck. Also told me how I could clean my kitchen faucet nozzle to get better water pressure. And that solution worked! So he really fixed 2 problems for me. And he was just a great guy, polite, personable and trustworthy. I will definitely call on 3 Kings Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

As explained above everything was replaced and currently works perfectly!
Description of Work: I had water dripping from bathtub faucet which in turn, over time, caused terrible hard water damage to bath tub plug. Plug could not seal so tub didn't retain water. All necessary parts were replaced and everything works beautifully now! Excellent service and I would definitely recommend them highly!

The office was very helpful in getting us on the schedule to deal with a water leak. Michael was prompt, courteous, very efficient at evaluating the problem, getting the needed parts and completing the work. They waive the service fee when they are used to perform the work and offer a 15% senior citizens discount. We have had this Company perform work for us in the past and will continue to use them for future projects.
Description of Work: Replaced a corroded piece at the well water inlet which was causing a leak. Repaired a leaking sink faucet, and a slow draining sink.

The service went very well. The tech was courteous and polite. He even offered to look at other issues in the house and gave me some practical advice about maintenance. He could have easily over charged me or charged of his time and advice but he didn't charge other than the deal and the new disposal.
Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $59 Plumbing Service Call Plus Credit Toward Repairs. He replaced a garbage disposal and helped with several small issues.

Extremely punctual, very friendly, wore plastic bags on his shoes, and answered every question I had. I asked a lot as I am a new homeowner. I really like the company, and this is my first time calling a plumber and I was very pleased. John was the name of the guy who came out.
Description of Work: New homeowner; so I had a few things from the inspection report I wanted to get fixed. Wanted to get a couple of things done; toilet reset, and some miscellaneous plumbing issues; loop diswasher line, as well as fix stop valves in the bathroom sinks (the thing you pull up to clog the sink). They were going to charge $80/piece for the bathroom sink connector, which I know I could do or a handyman could do for pretty cheap so I elected not to get that done. The toilet reset I ended up not getting done, as I don't think it was really required once he explained to me what it would do. They also charged $80 to loop the dishwasher line, which in retrospect I could have probably done myself, but I had the Angie's list coupon (60 bucks to come out+ credit towards repairs), so I figured $20 to loop the line isn't bad. Overall, great company, but I felt their prices were a bit high for the little things.

The technician that came to our home was really nice and did a thorough job. He was there about 2 hours and did a few little things free of charge (tightening faucets that were loose, for example). We talked a lot about getting a water softener and about how different the water is in Indiana since we were both transplants to the area - he was very knowledgable and recommended we get a water softener but wasn't overly pushy about it. We'd ultimately like to get the water softener in the future, and will likely use this company to perform the installation. The only problem I had is that they charged an additional driving fee on top of the big deal that wasn't written in the fine print - about $60 I believe. I'd be less irritated by it had the woman who I scheduled with mentioned it beforehand.

Awesome. John, the gentleman who did the work was great and very throughout. The only concern was that the deal I purchased was not going to be valid unless I did all the work that was quoted. This was in my opinion, poor advertisement. The deal was a $59 dollar service all and the $59 would be credited towards repairs. So in other words if I would have only select 2/3 repairs to complete the owner of the company said he would not honor the coupon. Giving a C rating just because they wouldn't have honored the coupon for some of the work.
Description of Work: Secure a loose toilet, add a T-joint to kitchen drain, add a new pipe to a bathroom drain.

Thank you for your review. I do want to apologize as there was a miscommunication on the deal. You would receive the $59 credit towards the repairs that were performed the day of service, however if you had us come back out at a later date to perform other task the deal would not extend to cover those services. So in other words if you had us do 2/3 of the work you would receive a $59 credit toward services performed that day but if called us back out later to do the other 1/3 the $59 would not apply to the second service and a service fee would apply to the second service. If there are ever any questions with an offer please feel free to call the office so that we can go over any concerns that you may have.

We had two toilets that were constantly running and needed fixed quickly. I got in touch with Summer at 3 Kings Plumming on a Wednesday morning and we had a plumber, Michael, at our house by Thursday @ 11a.m. Not only was Michael very professional upon arrival he also took the time to explain to me how and why he was doing what he was. My toilets were both fixed in about 2 hrs. and have had no issues. I have since referred 3 Kings Plumming to my coworkers, friends and family. Highly recommend for service!!

When I left a message for service, Summer called back and was super nice. They worked around my schedule. Michael called me when he was on his way to my house, so I could leave work to meet him. He assessed the situation and gave me the estimate. He replaced the inside of both the hot & cold water knobs. It works perfectly now. Great experience. I would definitely refer others and use again myself.

It went very well. I scheduled an appointment and a first plumber showed up timely. He needed to have someone else come out and help after trying some things, but the second plumber came out shortly after the other departed. In the end, my shower pipes and head were filled with gunk from being a basement shower that is infrequently used. They swapped out the head and the bath spout. They cleaned it. I bought a $59 Angie List special and then paid $180 on top of that for the work and the new spout and shower head fixtures. I really felt that they gave me an excellent value for what they did and the time they spent. I would not hesitate to call again.

This was for my 94 year old mother and he was very kind in talking with her so she understood what he was doing. We are very happy with the work done.
Description of Work: Fix running toilet. The plumber came at time set and called 30 minutes before. Came in did job and explained what the problem was and what he needed to do to fix it.

It wasn't pluming. He checked and told be what was happening to my furnace which caused the wet carpet in my hall and adjoining room, even my closet next door. He couldn't fix but recommended someone. So I paid for service call.

They did a great job. Replaced the flange and reseated the toilet. Work was done quickly and at a reasonable cost (the flange was embedded in concrete and they had to cut it out with a saw). Will use them again.
