I was introduced to them through my home owners warranty. They did a very professional job in installing a new water heater, and a new sump-pump when I needed it. Prompt, courteous and pleasant to deal with.

We had 3 Kings come out to install new PEX plumbing and a tankless water heater in the house we had just purchased, as well as some other jobs. The estimate was given on the 16th, we accepted on Saturday the 18th and the work was started on the 20th and completed on the 21st. At every step of the process the communication was excellent and our expectations were met. Scheduling was very easy. Make sure to tell them you are an Angie's list member during your estimate. While we didn't get estimates from anyone else, I believe based on reviews of other companies on Angie's list that we got an excellent deal. All of the employees we interacted with were friendly and very helpful. I was impressed with how quickly the job went and that the employees seemed to always be working when they were in the house, not a lot of down time. I would highly recommend 3 Kings to anyone, it is a great locally owned company.

They did two jobs for me. One in the last May one just today. Both times they did a very good job.

I cannot recommend 3 King's strongly enough! They are professional, kind and hardworking. Mike has been to my house numerous times and I am always pleased with the work he does, the price, and the overall experience. He is very punctual and in fact has waited on me to return home more than once. The last time he was out to fix a clogged drain he didn't even charge me even though I was four days past the 30 day warranty. It's wonderful to have found a plumber that I trust completely and look forward to doing business with.

We had prior experience with this vendor because they had been assigned to us for a prior plumbing repair through our homeowner's insurance policy. We were so pleased with their professionalism, that we asked them to bid on these projects. All projects were finished to our complete satisfaction. Even after we discovered a small water leak from one of the pipe connections on the new tank-less water heater, they quickly returned and repaired the leak. During their excavation to install a clean-out valve, it was discovered that the original cast iron pipe coming from the house had not been properly connected to the clay tile leading to the sewer. This resulted in a very deep sink hole about 3 feet from the foundation wall. Since the house was built in 1971, the discharge occurred for an unknown number of years into this hole, instead of out through the sewer line. It had also caused an undetermined amount of back flow. 3 Kings Plumbing cut the original pipe, replaced it with a new connection and made sure it was properly sealed. We would absolutely consider 3 Kings Plumbing for any and all future plumbing projects.

Great! Since we recently bought our house, we'd purchased a homeowner's insurance policy. 3 Kings Plumbing was assigned to us after our call to the insurance company to report a leak. Michael was prompt, professional and personable. His receipt was very detailed and legible. We would use this company again.

On Saturday 28th of August, when I flush the toilet the chain broke. I called 3 Kings Plumbing service and had an estimate date and time of service that is August 30th between 3 and 5pm. On that day, but past 3:30pm, I received a phone call he will come between 4 and 4:30 and it arrived at 4:05 pm. He got it fixed about 4:30pm.

Terrific experience. Summer was in quick contact with me and the process from start to finish was handled in the most professional manor. Times were scheduled, I was kept informed, and work was skillfully completed.

I discovered a slow leak in a gate valve on a pipe in my finished basement. I called 3 Kings Plumbing late Friday afternoon and they promised to have someone at my home the following Monday morning. Mike from 3 Kings was there promptly at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a loose nut on the valve that was hidden from view because of the valve's position. He was able to tighten it and then waited for several minutes to make sure the leak did not reoccur.

no problems for me as homeowner, required very little input. he discovered what could have been a snafu (old toilet was missing a part needed to secure it), but handled it quickly & efficiently by running to the nearest store to get what he needed to do the job correctly. Other plumbers might not have said anything and just done an inferior job.

The plumber, Josh, was great. Friendly and knowledgeable. Would hire again.

I was absolutely blown away. I fully ecpexted any plumbing company to tell me I had to replace the entire line, which would have cost thousands. Mike, of 3 Kings, gave me a price to replace the line or repair it. Then, when it went quicker than he thought, they gave me a price break! My overall perception was that these are good honest people, willing to do good work for a fair price. When he was having trouble finding a part and expected to be a little late...I received a phone call from the office to make me aware!!!!! That has never happened before from other service people. If you like the idea of dealing with honest people who seem to be good people, I would highly recommend Mike and Summer.

Used Angies list to inquire about a handyman since we had many things breaking down especially our plumbing. Found a handyman with an extremely high grade called Guyco from Angies list and he referred me to 3 Kings saying that he uses this company for his plumbing and said that I will be pleased with their service. Called and found out that the main concern of 3 Kings plumbing was pleasing the customer, doing things right and in the old fashioned way of, "one customer at a time." On the phone I was told that Mike (the plumber) was a guy that likes things done right, even a perfectionist. They arrived next day and gave me a free estimate. The following day they arrived and the service was completed.

Considering I was forced to hook up to the city sewers and part with my precious money, this actually ended up being a very pleasant experience. Several companies gave me estimates and I took my sweet time making my decision of who I would use. I contacted 3 Kings' office several times with questions. Summer was always friendly and would answer my questions or have Michael contact me with the information I requested. I was very pleased from the very first conversation with Summer to the job completion. I highly recommend this company and I plan on using their services in the future.
