24 Hour Locksmith Indianapolis

My girlfriend locked her keys in her car so I called into 24 hour locksmith Indianapolis to get someone to her ASAP. After explaining 3 times that my girlfriend is the one in need of service and not me the receptionist took the address of service and my CC info to run after he completed the services. She said a service call was $19.99 and labor was $35/hour. I told the receptionist those prices were fine and she has my authorization to run my card after the services were complete. The receptionist took my girlfriends number and said the technician would call her right away and should be to her car within 20 minutes. After an hour had went by, the technician called me and asked where my car was. I then explained the entire process over to him that it wasn't me in need of service. After finally getting the technician to my girlfriends car, he was able to open it for her within 2 minutes. She thanked him and went on her way. The next day I looked at my CC statement and $116 was charged for the service. The receptionist told me it would be $19.99 for service call and $35/hour labor. When I called in the next day, it took me 3 different calls talking to 3 different employees to get to the manager. When I finally got a hold of the manager he explained that in situations like this, the technician's are responsible for reporting the total after the service is complete. And because I gave the receptionist authorization to run my car, she ran it at $116 without contacting me. (although that is a completely different number than we originally discussed). I asked for the manager to charge me for the original amount discussed with his receptionist and he practically laughed and hung up on me. Also, the technician gave my girlfriend his number and said "If you ever have this problem again, contact me directly and I'll do it for $50). I would NEVER recommend using these guys again.
