Santos was incredibly professional, easy to work with, easy to understand, and bent over backwards to meet every need and request. They were sent to my home as a subcontractor of Midwest Remediation. Santos and his guys...in my case, Carlos and Carlos, were patient, accommodating, professional and performed high quality work. Every concern was immediately addressed and I couldn't be happier. I will absolutely use them again!!! Not sure about specific pricing because they were a contractor for my remediation company and my price was for the entire job.

Santos' crew, 1st Class Painting, did amazing, detailed, efficient work. They were super punctual, polite, thorough and thoughtful. They operated in a very tidy work environment. I'd hire them back every time without hesitation. They were very conscientious and professional. Highly recommended!

The crew always show up on time, most of the time even early. The workers were very diligent and worked very hard. After the first week, there was a small issue with the work. Santos, the owner, was involved with the fix. He came out three days in a row to make the work perfect. I appreciated his work and his kindness. Instead of doing the work too quickly to make it a shorter time, he let a day pass so the job was done right. Santos is a superb worker and owner. My mother's home is a little neglected, and Santos had no problem helping her out with small things around the house without charging for it.I mentioned at the end of the job that I would like to have extra paint for the 2 different colors they used, and he made his worker go to the store to pick up an additional 2 pails of paint. I really appreciated this because most other contractors will only leave what's left after they're done, not 2 full gallons, like he did.

Santos Garcia repaired my water damaged kitchen ceiling last year. I was so impressed with how they were able to perfectly match the ceiling texture in the patch. They were prompt, efficient and did a wonderful job painting and cleaning up. I had him come back and strip the wall paper from my two story entry and hall and paint. There were several doors to paint along with trim. I couldn't believe how quickly they had the work completed. Santos and his crew were always prompt and professional and the work is first class. When I had another leak in the bathroom over my dining room, another hole had to be cut in the ceiling. I knew I was going to try and get Santos out to repair it. He was out to give me a quote quickly and met my goal to have all the work done before Thanksgiving. Again the patch matches perfectly. I had him go ahead and paint the living room and an upstairs bath. They had all the work completed in two days. I had a lot of furniture to be moved for painting and Santos and his employees were kind enough to even rearrange furniture including my piano. I have already recommended this company to friends.

The experience was amazing. In our previous home we did all the painting ourselves and it took a month, even with help from family and friends. It was so nice to go to work Monday and Tuesday and return home to beautifully colored walls! I couldn't believe how fast they did it (2 coats) and there was no mess for us to clean up. We have small children, so the workers were careful to put away all their materials after the first day so the kids wouldn't get into them. The rooms look great, and there were no errors or splashes of paint where there shouldn't be. We will be painting our kitchen and some other rooms, and will definitely call 1st Class Painting to do the job. Thanks, Santos!

It was supposed to take about 3 days and it took 1 1/2 weeks to do the work. They were the most reasonably priced. They were nice and they came back a few times to make sure we knew what we wanted them to do and that they understood it. Our only issue was that their workers were finishing up another job so they didn't get ours started on time or some of them were ill so that slowed everything down. The job they did was average. My husband is not a painter but he wanted everything taped off and none of the people including them would do that so the job wasn't as clean as we thought it should be.

Santos did a very nice job and was reasonably priced. Was able to schedule two days after quote as I was in a hurry.

The owner of the place is hard to convince that anyone can do a perfect job. When they painted my owner was stunned how good it was. He was blown away with everything they did and he had nothing bad to say about it.

Completed the job neatly, quickly and professionally. I will definitely use them again for future paint and drywall repairs.

Santos Garcia was recommended by my best friend. We contacted him for an estimate days before we planned to move in. His price was fair, so we accepted the bid immediately. During the process, we asked one of his employees if it would be possible to caulk some gaps in the crown molding in the Great Room. He said he would take care of it and refused any additional payment. The ceiling is 19' high and would have presented a challenge for us. In addition to performing superior painting, Santos' crew sanded walls and corrected many drywall nail protrusions. There is no doubt that our house was painted by professionals that take pride in their work. Yet another service that Santos performed was applying mud to our kitchen wall in order to paint an area left exposed from a handyman installation. He refused payment of any kind and stated he would gladly come back to help if needed. We plan to use Santos for all our future painting needs. Excellent work performed by extremely courteous people. In the corners of room as well as along the ceiling in places, the drywall tape had bubbled up and pulled away from the wall. They were able to fix it without any sign that there was ever a problem (even able to blend repairs into textured ceiling). Santos and his co-worker are very polite and extremely easy to work with. They were very flexible and timely as far as scheduling. They take great care in protecting floors and furniture. Outstanding work! Will definitely use again for future painting projects.

They did a very good job. They sent me the estimate of the cost and they did not go beyond it. They worked on time and were very polite. I would call them again if I needed painting.

They cleaned up everything, were very polite and I thought they was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.
