The only thing they're bad about is returning phone calls. But when he says he's going to be there, he'll be there. He's the only one I would call; they're good to work with.

The manager of 1Hour Door arrived promptly at the given time and began working immediately. He came prepared, with many specialized tools & equipment. Installing the custom-made door from Menard's was a challenge, since the house is over a century old. However, he skillfully cut & fitted the door frame to the opening neatly. Afterwards, he cleaned up the mess and did not charge extra for the additional time it took to make everything fit together. The door works perfectly and smoothly.

All work was done under the cost of a service call, for doors that were not installed by this company. It was done quickly and without any hassle, and we were told a few additional things to complete fixing the seals around or door rather than being charged for an additional trip and the contractor installing them himself. We appreciated his time, effort, and would use him again without question. My wife's comment was that was some of the best money we ever spent.

Not well, they only service what they sell.

They are prompt and thorough. I would use them again.

It looks pretty good and I am happy with it. However, there were a few minor complaints, but they did make up.

Tim Quigley came out on time and assessed the situation. I had another company also estimate and assess the work. Tim offered me a repair and a replacement option and fully explained the pros and cons of each option. His pioce was about the same as the other estimate, but I went with 1 Hour Door because of the thoroughness and the professionalism that was demonstrated during the process. It was a good decision. The work was promptly and expertly done (did not hold up my kitchen floor remodel significantly). I opted for replacement of the door with an upgrade to interior blinds. I have dogs and they are rough on the 2" wooden blinds that were up there before. The door gets used at least 4-5 times a day. It is a great looking solution! I wish I had done this earlier. The door is installed better than the original door and has hopefully solved what was a poor installation by the builder 13 years ago.

We bought most of the pieces ourselves but he came to do the work. He treated us well and had great customer service. They came in and did it within two hours, so it was very prompt.

He fixed it and it lasted for about 30 days. I ended up buying the tools and fixing it up myself. He did a terrible job. I would not use him again.

No big story.They came in took down the old door and frame installed the new door and frame and calked a new counter top that I just that I just had installed.All in less than 3 hours.

I had Tim quote us on a door repair due to an improper install by another contractor. Tim was responsive and came to an initial appointment early in the week of 3/11. It did take him almost a week to send a quote, but he was busy with the Flower & Patio Show. After getting the quote I talked to him on 3/21 and asked him some questions (he was very friendly and helpful) and we scheduled for him to come out on 3/25 so we could go over the full scope of the project and setup a time frame to complete the project. I then called him on the morning of 3/22 as the news began forecasting a large winter storm for 3/25 and I asked him if he wanted to reschedule. On the evening on 3/24 he sent the following text: "Ryan, I did get your voice mail and will plan on rescheduling sometime this week. Want to wait until we get through Monday see how the week looks thanks Tim" - That was the last contact we heard from him. He never followed up and never texted or called after 3/25 - We will be seeking a different provider to fix our door.

I contacted Tim Quigley after learning about his company at the Indy Home Show. Tim was very helpful and informative. I ordered the window on Friday morning and received a call the next Thursday that the window was in. Tim's son, Matt was able to install that day if my scheduled allowed. I was so excited to have this installed I met Matt at the house a few hours latter. Matt did a great job. Matt was very genuine and worm to work with. He understood my excitement and did an amazing job. When finished he cleaned up the mess. For anyone considering adding a window to an existing door I say go for it. The amount of light this window lets in is amazing. Previous side light was clear glass and everyone could see in. With this new insert we don't have that problem. Matt and Tim both made this home improvement project easy and stress free. I can't wait to use them again.

It went great and the door looks great. This saved us a ton of money just replacing the glass instead of the whole door!

I had already got three estimates and he is the only company who offered to do the service that I wanted to have done. The other companines wanted to install a new frame, other materials, and a new door where the cost would come to be over $400. He was able to repair the door at about $200. He did an excellent job.

We researched this company and its products online and then sent an e-mail describing our situation and asking for a quote. We received a call first thing the next morning and the salesman came out right away. He was friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable about the whole (huge!) product line, and very helpful in making suggestions to us, some of which actually simplified our project and saved us money! After thinking things over for a day or so, we placed the order, which we could do over the phone since he already knew exactly what we were considering. We ordered a leaded glass panel for the front door and a panel which is actually a double-hung window that opens (with a screen and with decorative dividers which match our other windows) for the back door. Two or three weeks later (which was what we were expecting), we got a call from Matt, who had just gotten the windows in from the manufacturer and wondered if we'd like them installed right away. We said yes, and he was out within an hour. He was also friendly and very competent, doing a great job with the installation and cleaning up carefully afterwards. He even made an adjustment to one of our locks for us. We were very pleased with the process and the door inserts are just beautiful. The cost was much less than replacing the doors would have been, and we really didn't need new doors because ours are in good shape and fit perfectly. I highly recommend this company and would use these guys again in an instant. I wish I had more work to give them!

The exterior door installation was a custom door that Tim made for me that turned out great, I would use him again for any exterior or interior door job.

I like the product and I like their promptness in doing the work.

Very thorough in explanation of alternatives and recommendations; took detailed measurements before ordering materials; began project on time and finished completely within 3 days. Worked closely with homeowners' association to make sure work was in compliance with all covenants.

We are very pleased and happy with the entire process and results.

The work went fantastic. It's a family owned business run by dad and son. I liked that you get personal care from them.
