We have 7 people that live in our home so the traffic on our carpet is very high. I called and requested the services for carpet cleaning and the man that answered the phone was so nice and was able to accomodate to my schedule and actually clean my carpets the very next day!! They arrived on time, the workers were clean and very kind and respectful of my home. They cleaned the carpets and even let my young sons ask them a ton of questions about what they were doing. I was so thankful for the quick response, the family feel that I had when they were in my home, and the kindness they had in their voices with my sons. (Not to mention the price was amazing! ) I will use them time and time again!

It went very well. They worked with my insurance company, and they have contractors who can do all of the restoration. They have been like a one stop shop for me. They are very polite and courteous, overall a great company!

It took longer than normal to finish the job, which was no fault of their own. They fixed the leak and were able to find other contractors to work on the other areas of the job. Bob kept in touch with me, informed me of the process and the issues. He was great.

The job went great. Jeff was prompt, professional, and kept me informed of each step that needed to be taken. He informed us of alternatives, and pricing.

They were supposed to come, clean out debris from crwl, do mold remediation and install vapor barrier. They dod not show up and did not call the first time they were supposed to shw up. They postponed or did not show up several other times. They were late when they did show up. They did the work contracted for, however their timelyness and professionalism was poor to non existant. Only when prssed did they offer explanations of what other contractors working n crawl told me.

They were very professional and presented the most comprehensive remedial and rebuild quote. They were knowledgeable about the work, and they had a fair price compared to other providers. All of the duct work in the house had to be removed, and the walls and ceilings replaced after the work was completed. Additional water damage was discovered during the process, and they were able to complete repairs on those areas as well. The project took longer than expected, but the home looks better after completion than it did before. Robert and Geoff were very good to work with, and we have referred others to them to address their needs.

Friday night at 6PM I found the carpet in my basement wet and determined the sewer had backed up. I called 1-800 Water Damage and they came out by 8 PM and started the process. They came back on Sat. and removed the carpet, sanitized and took pictures for the insurance company. They worked well with my insurance company. I appreciated the follow up that they met all my needs. This is the third sewer back up although the first at this house and it was a huge relief that they were easy to reach and they came so quickly.

It is a great company so far. They came in the night as our basement flooded. We called them 2'o clock in the morning and they showed up because they were getting swamped with the calls. They still showed up at 2'o clock in the morning and they showed up before Christmas. In fact, they came the next morning with all the equipment and they got the water off the floor. They weren't too concerned with it soaking up with the drywall. They used water evacuator and everything. They are still doing the work. They still are doing the painting.

They were good.

The provider was called and came the same day to survey the damage. All the steps were explained and services rendered as promised. Doug and Bob were very kind and reassuring during the entire process. Steps were taken to contain mold. They knew what they were talking about.
