Description of Work: They took one load of items, and they worked efficiently. |Several unexpected charges were quoted after they arrived, even though I had asked for appliance removal as well as cabinets, carpeting, etc. The appliances were more expense if I wanted them to go. |I was surprised the 1-800 number gave me a franchise in Indy even though the job was in Lafayette.

Description of Work: WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY TWICE AND BOTH TIMES THEY PROMPTLY CAME TO OUR HOME AND REMOVED OLD FURNITURE AND JUNK THAT WE DID NOT NEED. THEY WERE PROMPTED AS WELL AS EXPLAINED WHERE THEY WOULD DONATE OR DISPOSE THE ITEMS. AFTER OUR FIRST PICK-UP, THEY GAVE US A COUPON TO USE FOR FUTURE PICK-UPS.

+ -1 moreTHEY WONT HAUL AWAY TOXIC SUBSTANCES LIKE PAINT--EVEN LATEX, WHICH THE PAINT STORE SAID WAS NOT TOXIC. THEY WONT TAKE CERTAIN CLEANERS AWAY EITHER. OTHERWISE THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND I WAS VERY PLEASED.
