Description of Work: Needed to have subfloor removed and replaced due to a leak at the washer connection. Also remove and replace a wall that was also damaged by the leak.

 + 0 moreWonderful work! Paul repaired the holes beautifully - there was barely any excess mud left to sand off of them. In addition to doing spectacular work repairing the walls, Paul re-installed a hand rail that was not initially installed properly (and pulled out of the wall, causing holes) and showed me the correct way to do touch-up on my walls so that I can cover over nail holes and walls screws that have popped out before I paint. I will definitely call Well Done Handyman again and most certainly ask for Paul.

The replaced wood was good as new, and the work was of very high quality. I would definitely recommend Well Done Handyman & Home Renovations. Although the price was a little high, the experience demonstrated and job completed clearly supports the price.

Description of Work: We purchased the two hours of handy man service special offer. Paul fixed what others before him could not, including our door bell, a toilet paper holder that was improperly fastened by a previous handyman, and an antique door knob. He also helped with a materials list so that we'll be ready when he comes back to repair our barbecue grill, flower box, and wood door.

I had previously received quotes of around $150 from others to do the job but took their offer of $79 for 2 hours thinking it should be plenty of time to complete. After 2 hours they finished about 50% of the job and said if I wanted them to come back and finish the job it will be $330!!! Basically for another 2 hours of work. Their marketing model is to come in with a cheap price hoping to come back with several fold higher rate to finish. Not against the law but borderline dishonest.

 + -1 moreIt went well. The 2 men worked to complete all requested work. The work was very adequate and will prevent moisture from doing any damage. Visually a few seams were not perfect but, again, perfectly functional. I only noticed because I painted the wood after they finished replacing it.
