Great. The owner was responsive to my questions even over the weekend and provided instruction on what I could expect. Brandon is the technician that completed the work. He was punctual, professional and thorough.

David called the next day we discussed what I wanted them to work on so we scheduled. Levin came out on time to do the work. Levin was professional, friendly and did a great job.

I needed a 24-ft chain link fence replaced. I had trouble finding anyone who wanted to do the job because either (1) the job was too small, (2) the company only worked with wood, or (3) the company was already booked for the remainder of the season. Well Done Handyman came to my rescue. They replaced the fence and did an excellent job. The fence spanned an area between a garage and the gate of an existing fence, so the fence had to be aligned perfectly so the gate would close correctly. Charles was the person who did the installation and he did a beautiful job. I am very pleased.

House sold and needed to respond to Inspector's report quickly. Called David and he and his guys all got the work done in the time I needed to the estimate. Even the realtor was impressed with the speed and price and wanted their contact information to use in the future. I'd call them again in a heart beat!

Well Done Handyman was able to schedule me immediately for an estimate. The actual installation took place several days later. The 2 man team from Well Done Handyman successfully completed installation of all my Nest products and changed my furnace filter in about 1 and a half hours. They were patient with me as I worked with the Nest app on my iPhone so all the products could "communicate"!

We were very pleased with the projects done by Well Done Handyman. This is the 4th time they've done work for us. While the work sometimes takes longer than expected, the quality is excellent and the communication is usually very good.

He was very neat. He had a cloth that he put down so that he did not mess up the floor. He informed me that I had some wasps nests outside. The owner was very nice, friendly, and helpful.

Two young men arrived and completed the job in about 30 minutes. The work was well done and they were very professional and polite young men. I would definitely contact this company for future handyman needs.

David worked with me to get scheduled after an earlier miscommunication on my part. The day of the install they made sure to show up at the end of the day and worked to get it installed even though there was difficulty with our old plaster. I would happily use their services again in the future.

It went poorly. Although the owner was on time for our appointment he did not understand some of the things I was explaining that I wanted done even though I rephrased the updates 4 times. I have a tiny 5' X 4 1/2' half bath that I needed a few things done. I can do most of the work myself but I needed a handyman to remove and replace the vanity top (the cabinet is staying), replace a light fixture, and repair a few drywall holes - although I could do that myself. I asked him for ideas on what trim to put around my mirror and sink and his suggestions were ridiculous. I finally figured out a couple of options myself. To do these few updates he'd charge me $1,500 and that's with the Angie's List 10% discount! He repeated told me how busy he was but he could get me in pretty quickly - like a month from now. He then showed me some work that needed to be done on the outside of my house even though I didn't ask for this. He was hoping that I'd contact his company to do the work. Are you kidding me? The only recommendation I'd give his company is not to call him for an estimate.

My wife and I noticed a wet spot that developed on our master bedroom wall. We researched handymen on Angie's List. We found "Well Done Handyman" and they had stellar reviews with an "A" average. We reached out to the owner after hours on Sunday March 13th and left a message. My wife called again early the next morning (March 14th) and he said he could come out later that same day to take a look at it. He came out and was even early to the appointment. He looked at the wall and said this was a job they could do and explained everything that would need to happen to see what was going on behind the wall. He called his wife to schedule a day and time that would work for his company to come out and do the work. We settled on Friday March 18th at 3:30 pm for the work to be done. We were thrilled that he would be able to fit us in within the week of calling but this is when things went downhill. My wife took off work an hour early to be home for them to arrive and do the work. However, they never showed up. I arrived home around 5:30 that night and called the owner to find out what had happened. He was very apologetic and explained that the day had been crazy as a client's home had been broken into and this just caused the whole day to be thrown off. I told him that my wife had to miss work and it was for nothing. He said to make it up that he would comp us an hour of labor and come at a time that wouldn't cause us to miss any work. I agreed that this would be a great way to help alleviate the frustration of them not showing up for the appointment. We then looked at our schedules and landed on Wednesday March 30th at 7-730 am. At 7:16 am on Wednesday March 30th the owner called and said that he was very sorry but they were not going to be able to make it that day. He said that he told the technician about the appointment the night before (why not earlier???) but the technician was not going to be able to make it. He said he would look at the schedule that day and reach out to me to find a time that would again work for me. It has been four days since he was to call me back to reschedule the appointment and I have heard nothing. While the owner of the company is very nice and quick to come out, the ability for technicians to show up to perform the work is truly terrible. If I were to hear from the owner again I would not allow them to do the work. They may indeed do quality work but I will not get to experience it as their ability to effectively schedule and keep appointments is beyond dismal. Due to this I am left with a spot on the wall and three weeks of time wasted. I would not recommend this company to friends and family.

I think some of it was my misunderstanding, I don't know. It was alright. He didn't get as much done as I thought he would. The things he did were fine. He did a good job and he got the major thing I wanted done. I think it was a handyman for a day and their day was not 8 hours it was considerably less. That was the part that kind of irritated me because I bought a bunch of stuff that I thought they could get that much done in a day so, I mean, he was very good at what he did but he was slow and I can only guess that he didn't like what he was doing and he would rather be somewhere else doing something more important than the handyman job. I believe the gentlemen is no longer with the company because he and I are Facebook friends, he was nice and he did good work so that's why I didn't know how to rate this. I don't want that to be taken as bad because I don't know if my expectations were too high, the fan was not his problem, he did a wonderful job on the range hood, he did a great job on that. I love my range and I love my fan that works the other fan really wasn't his fault because, I mean he even came back a second time because I went to Menard's and went to the light department because that's what he told me to do and they switched that out and we plugged it in and it still didn't work. So I asked if he did everything correctly and he did.

Everything went well except for the back door. He accomplished keeping cold air out but have a very difficult time opening dead bolt and closing it.

The worker showed up on time and was extremely professional and pleasant. He did excellent work and thoroughly explained what he had done and what to expect in terms of drying time, etc. He made sure all items in the room were covered and there was no?cleanup after he completed the drywall repair. We would definitely use this company again.

David Price from Well Done Handyman called me to go through the Big Deal and explain what could and would be done. I thought this was a very professional way to make sure I understood the scope. The entire crew communicated every step of the way. Even during the repair when some additional issues were found there was ample communication from owner to handyman making sure everything went smoothly. I had to pay a little extra for some framing work due to original builder shortcomings but it was well worth it because the work was done expertly. When replacing or repairing drywall it is usually a two or three phase effort because of mud drying time and finishing which most be done in sequence. Overall things went very well and I would highly recommend Well Done Handyman and Home Renovations.

I bought the deal. Explained that I understood that doing exterior windows would not be possible in a deep freeze, but when the weather improved, we should arrange a date. I never heard back, no matter how often the temps rose above 50 degrees in the intervening months. I sent another message last month, but never heard anything back. I would use the provider if contacted to arrange a day to do the work purchased.

The appointment for service was at 1:00pm. At around 1:45, I received a call stating that all handymen were tied up and could not come to our home for the service. My husband had taken a day off from work for this service and we were in a time crunch since we were listing our house for sale the next day. The service provider was aware of this time sensitive issue. If he could not do the job, he should have said so up front. No harm in saying you are all booked up. He even told me while booking that the only other job he had that day was a ceiling fan install that should take him an hour. Must have been one complicated ceiling fan.
