It was fine. They were very professional. We had no complaints for them.

David was excellent! I had 3 other estimators come through, and not only was David the most qualified, he was also the best price. Could not be happier, will hire again!

He did a fine job. There was rotten wood along the bottom edge underneath the big double window on the east side of the house. I was afraid I was going to have all new wood put in. He looked it over and said he thinks he could patch it. So, he put some kind of wood shaving that was mixed with glue or something. He put that pasty stuff in there and then, it dried quickly. He painted over it and that was it. The job was done. It turned out to be a small job. I was afraid that it was going to be a giant job. I was so thankful that we did not have to start tearing things apart in order to put them back together again. What stood out about his service is the very fact that he made the effort immediately to find an inexpensive way to fix it. It could have been a big, long, drawn-out, expensive procedure and he did the most efficient and quickly done thing to fix it while he was here. He did not have to go somewhere and buy materials, bring them back, and cut them to size. Those are all the kind of things that I would have thought that I would have to do if I did it because I would have not known any better, but he knew how to fix it without having to tear everything about first. That is a big plus. The price was very good. He came quickly. I would definitely use him again if I needed something like that done.

We had a handyman do some small odd jobs last fall. He couldn't finish because he had to order hinges and buy some special sealer for our shower. After waiting several days, maybe a week, I called to find out when he would come back. He said he tore his rotator cuff and had to had surgery. He said he would send someone else to come and finish the job. Never heard from anyone. Tried to call, left several messages, no response. Holidays came and after that, we went out of town for three months. Tried to call on March 1st when we returned and the handyman's cell # had been disconnected. I understand that his injury prevented him from finishing the job, but the owner of Well Done, should have arranged for another handyman to take his place.

They did a pretty good job on the services, however their accounting department and CPA refused to send us a correct W9 form. After sending numerous messages that took days to respond, they sent an incorrect form, and them refused to send a correct one. This will not impact anyone who hires them personally, but if you are a business, I would definitely require them to submit a correct W9 BEFORE you pay them or steer clear altogether. That was our fault for not requiring the correct W9 before we paid them, however we expected them to be professional about this.

Tragic/Terrible/Horrible - Waste of time and energy.

It went great! I had the ceiling fans prepared as they requested and the install went quickly and smoothly!

David was friendly and provided an itemized list of materials required to do remodel. The information is not enough to move to the next step. For the consultation to have any value a hand sketch is needed showing room dimensions and placement of cabinets, electrics, fixtures and appliances.

It went well. I called David after someone hit our mailbox and he said that they could come out the next day it was not raining. 2 days later the job was complete to my expectations. They were very responsive and professional.

David, the owner, and Levin who provided the labor were great to work with from my prospective. Levin was punctual, kept the area clean, and removed the trim and the old door with care. Levin installed the new door and accessories paying close attention to all aspects of the installation- plumb, squareness, insulation, hardware, and reattaching the trim. He also found that a section of the flooring adjacent to and under the old door sill was soft and did a great job of replacing the soft flooring with new flooring. Overall an excellent job and I am pretty particular. A+ recommendation. Would not hesitate to call again.

Overall project went well, the tech Jerry was very knowledgeable and did a very neat and clean install.

Even though I wasn't able to give final OK until the Thursday before the work was to begin, Well Done Handyman was able to still complete all work within the time planned. My original plan was to add a ceiling light in addition to the wall and door, but once work began, they identified an issue that would have added a large amount of time and work, offered a couple of options and were able to make the adjustment to wall lighting quickly. Very professional. After completion of the work, the wall flows into the existing structure very nicely. If I didn't know it was an added wall, I would think it was part of the original construction of the house.

Because of some physical limitations, I contacted Well Done Handyman and am so happy I did. I know that the items I needed worked on was not b big job but it made no difference to David Price, the owner. He dispatched Levin Pendleton for the work to be done. Levin was punctual, and a real professional. He looked at what had to be done and did so. I was very impressed with his work ethic and he was a perfectionist! I was really impressed. Company should be glad to have Levin on their staff. I would recommend Well Done Handyman and will use them again!!

We had a small area of rot damage on the exterior of one kitchen window which was not exceptionally critical. But when we saw the Angie's List Big Deal for a voucher from Well Done to repair wood rot we thought this might be a good time to repair the damage before it got any worse. The gentlemen came promptly as scheduled and proceeded to fix the small rotted area. We told them we would paint the window ourselves in a day or two. After several days we went outside to paint the window and were shocked to see that the area that had been "repaired" by Well Done was warped and uneven, in much worse condition than it was originally. We called the company and were told that they don't do window rot work and would refund our $59.00 that we paid for the Angie's List coupon. They refused to come out and fix the problem. If they did not repair window rot damage why didn't they tell us this at the outset? Nothing was mentioned when they initially did the repair. They would not repair the damage and just refunded the coupon amount. So now we have an even bigger and more expensive repair job to deal with because of their poor workmanship.

It went well. As a part of a Deal, I provided the wood, caulk, and paint. The hanyman did all the labor, and the end result looks great. I cannot tell that the wood was replaced!

Piece of siding came off and appeared another one was loose. Came out promptly to review project and had it fixed the next day. Extremely prompt, quickly scheduled, and siding appears as if nothing happened. Highly recommend this provider!

Went really well. Left a voicemail on the weekend, contacted early Monday morning. That afternoon someone was out to review the project. An estimate was provided and agreed upon and work was done the very next day. Looks great! Definitely satisfied with the prompt response and completion of the work. Highly recommended!

Painted front porch It was really looking very dingy. It looks fantastic now!

We had a time scheduled but them needed to cancel. I called and left a message that we needed to reschedule the appt. I did not hear back. Someone cam at the original time but of course I wasn't home. I then received a text telling me to get a refund. I replied about my phone message but again heard nothing back

It went very well. We had a small section of siding that had wood rot. While it was a bit of a hassle to have materials on site, for the price it was well worth the hassle. Great job; looking forward to future service w this company.

Well Done Handyman was responsive regarding scheduling, and the gentleman sent to fix the rot was punctual and courteous. When he showed up he was under the impression that he was doing other work (paint scraping, I think). He made a call to the home office for clarification, which was when I found out that the deal I had signed up for would only cover one side of the door, even though the rot in question was confined to maybe 4-5 inches at the bottom of each side of the door. Since the repair areas were not BOTH within the same 3 linear feet, the second area for repair would be billed at the usual rate. I approved the additional charge, and the representative from Well Done Handyman started to work on cutting out the sections at the bottom on both sides of the door. I should point out that the repairman didn't have to worry about the exterior wood trim (I didn't have the trim pieces available for him and installed them myself later), nor did he have to worry about painting or caulking (I did both of these after i installed the trim - again, this was my call that I made of my own volition). All the repairman had to do was cut out the rotted wood (which he did) and repair the section with new wood (which he did) that matched/lined up with the existing door frame (which did not). It's the lack of effort to make these new pieces at all match up with the existing frame that really disappoints me. It's not even close - if it was I'd have sanded it and gone on with my life. My expectation though, by hiring a professional, is that the finished job will result in professional results which in my case just didn't happen. My wife was home at the time, I was two blocks away at the time, and the repairman had both of our numbers if any questions or concerns came up. I returned home a couple of times during the repair and nothing at all was said regarding concerns that the repairs might not match. This is the first job that Well Done Handyman had done for me. They might very well do fine work in other areas, but in my case the finished result was lacking and I can't recommend their services.

They were professional, prompt and pleasant to work with. I will definitely hire them again for repairs on my home.
