They arrived right on time to install the new window tinting. Very professional AND friendly all along the way. Neat and tidy while working. We were thrilled with the instant cooling affect that was happening when the tint was put in place.

Quote for service was provided by Bill Meese, co-owner, on June 18. Agreed installation date was June 28, between 9 and 9:30 am to arrive. The three-man crew, led by Bill, arrived at 9:15 and got to work. They were courteous and professional and were done by 11:40. Bill thought it might take 3 hours, so they accomplished it well under the time. All surfaces were covered by the correct product and they covered one window we had forgotten to include in the original quote. Of course, they added that cost on in an appropriate amount.
I feel the product with the installation is a bit overpriced, which is why I graded price a B, The price per window compared to what it was 20 years ago was about double.
One of the workmen apparently left a damp rag on the wooden kitchen table and it ruined the finish. I'm sure it was inadvertent and it's not a new table, but that dropped my professionalism grade a notch.
Otherwise, I would highly recommend both the product and the company. The change in light levels and glare is dramatic. It's like putting high quality sunglasses on your windows and doors. Cuts the UV completely to eliminate fading of drapes or furniture. The change in heat with the newer, darker films was very noticeable as well. With less air conditioner use, it should pay for the sun control films in a couple years. The new films are lifetime guaranteed to the original owner, as well.

The experience was fine until the window film began to deteriorate and now they will not honor the warranty. I talked to Ward Meese. He agreed that it should be replaced under the warranty but said it is too far to come, even though they came that far to come in the first place to install it.
