There is no job to big or small. We do anything from a small patch jobs and home remodeling/repair as well as being sub-contracted to finish and sand new construction homes. On home repairs for individuals, we require half of the payment up front and the remainder when the job is completed. If you have a very large job, we can negotiate billing terms. We specialize in complete home repair and restoration as well as siding, concrete, painting etc. I also am fully insured as well as my crew. I except cash or check with half due for materials up front and the remainder to be paid at the end unless it is a complete restoration at that time we will discuss how it will be broken down during and threw out the project.
