Description of Work: Naylor & Son's were out to give an estimate to reline my chimney early July due to brick damage. They returned after several estimates from other companies to perform the work. They relined the inner chimney with a stainless steel liner and replaced several exterior brick & put on a Stainless Steel cap to keep further water/animals from entering into the chimney. I have since hired them for additional services due to there quality of work.

Description of Work: The original job was to have Naylor and Sons fix the chimney as it was leaking through the roof and the ceiling. We saw that it was still leaking about five to six weeks later in the attic. We thought at the time the chimney was fixed and called someone different to replace the flashing. We realized in Fall 2012, after the summer drought, the ceiling was still leaking. We called Triple S Roofing, who put the flashing on, to put more sealant on thinking that would take care of the problem. This January, we looked up at the ceiling and saw that the moisture had gone through again. We then called Chimney-1 to get a different opinion on the problem. Chimney-1 told us that Naylor and Sons didn't put a liner in, but used something else in its place which wasn't even the right size. He could tell that there was moisture in the chimney and where concrete was crumbling inside it. A few days later, we got Naylor and Sons back out to take another look and he refused to admit that they had done anything wrong.
