 + -1 morewhat was wrong with my hot water heater, I had a company tell me that it would be a cost of 170.00 to 190.00 to replace a part and figure out what was wrong. Mark worked on it and found out a new regulator would need replaced or I could choose to get a new water heater. His informative explanation allowed me to make an educated decision. And for him to service the hot water heater and explain it to me and make a service call it cost me 65.00 over up to 190.00. So I appreciated his knowledge and time he took to explain it to me (as a women many times companies don't take time to do that).
Description of Work: I needed to know Mark is personable and came to look at my hot water heater ...he let me know what the problem was and helped me figure out what my choices were to fix it. He is very knowledgeable and friendly yet professional.
