The job took longer than we both expected but Terry did an excellent job with what he had to work with and circumstances of it.

It went very well. He worked on it for many hours and he got the door so it is sliding effortlessly. I'm 80 years old so it was very hard for me to move that door I now can go in and out that door without any problem.

I'm sorry to say, that TLH Service was less than adequate. My storage cabinet was assembled wrong and the problem was blamed on the manufacturer. The side panels were upside down. It took 6 hours to assemble and the doors are still not even. Again, it was blamed on the manufacturer. I was also told it's not possible to level my refrigerator, after several attempts to do so. The 12 holes in my wall and ceiling were patched, but must be redone since some of the patch material cracked.

One of the doors was especially difficult because the rough hole for the door wasn't square, and we have slight elevation differences on our second floor. He was able to work around both issues and was generally flexible when the job unexpectedly took longer than typical. I'm satisfied with the way they both work.

The outside work on my shed replacing doors and trim replacement was excellent. The repairs on my porch were good, and he might not be done with that! I'm hoping he comes back to install my dog door and extra plug he quoted me a estimate for doing that and it was very reasonable.

Went very well..... Told me when he was going to be here and showed up when he said. Kept in touch to let you know what’s next. He is not one of those fast in and out types that are only concerned with speed. He works at his own pace and gives you quality workmanship which is why I will be hiring him again.... for sure.
