+ -1 moreI would not use this contractor to build another house.
Description of Work: The House was built well. Minor little seem cracks are appearing.. Nothing a little grout or silicon couldn't fix. that is not the problem.. the problem is when we bought the house we had a 6" vinyl fence installed around the back yard. Adding 12,000 to the cost of the house. one of the panels in the front near the gate were damaged by a jack or what looks like some other prying device. there was also a cracked pane on one of the bedroom windows. At Closing the builder Stated that He knew of the issue the window was on order and the fence contractor would be out to fix the fence. fast forward to March. I've called on these issues every couple weeks.. and Still no window no fence repair. And many of the fence posts have pushed up from the cold and apparent shallow mounting of the polls, as well as the apparent lack of concrete on the posts which were professed to be used. it's now August 3 2009 10 months from the closing and still NO WINDOW though the builder came out aug 2nd with a pane of glass to fix a pressure welded Argonne filled window sash. and the fence guys came out and raised the posts for the gate so that it swings open. Still haven't repaired the panel that was originally damaged and the pushed polls in the back part are still where they were since winter.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. I FEEL THAT THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE PRICES WERE GREAT. THEY ARE RESPECTABLE AND KIND. I WOULD MOST LIKELY USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: THEY BUILT MY HOME AND DID SOME WOOD REPAIR FOR ME.

+ -1 moreWE HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO OUR NEPHEW. THEY WERE EASY TO WORK WITH AND WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY PAID ATTENTION TO DETAIL. EVERYTHING WENT VERY SMOOTHLY.
