Description of Work: He pulled out our dryer, another company had installed our dryer vent in the past & they did a bad job. They punctured 2 holes in the vent, plus left a large amount of extra tubing that wasn't necessary. This caused a huge amount of build up in the vent. It was about 90% clogged & was a danger to my home. Servpro came out to clean it out & did a great job,. I don't remember the cost, but very competitive price compared to other companies due to the length of dryer vent. He pointed out safety issues as well. He also helped me overcome my dust allergy problems.

Customer was suppose to talk to his son and get back to us. We can't do a repair estimate if we don't know what grade of materials customer wants and what he wants replaced.

I requested an estimate for air duct cleaning and Serv Pro came out the next day, explained the process and we agreed on the price and a few days later the job was done.They did exactly what was promised and answered all the questions I had. I was very happy with the work that was done and would highly recommend them for this type of work.

Called to et me know he was delayed by 20 minutes for his appointment. Worked for 90 minutes to fix the problem. Did a professional job using te best equipment, was personable and I thought his price was more than fair.
