Description of Work: Roger is always very professional and honest. I have used his services a few times for minor repairs on my fridge and to look at a broken washer. On the washer, he recommended a replacement as a repair would be too costly. he also recommended the right brand, etc., for quality. one fridge call was a lightbulb issue. lol great.

Description of Work: On the evening of 12/7/12, my ice cubes were water! Early Saturday morning I placed a call to Roger's Appliance, within the hour Roger called me back. He tried trouble shooting via the telephone (unplugging and plugging the refrigerator back in to reboot the system). I had to reach out to Roger later that day when the idea didn't work. Roger wasn't going to be available until Thursday (12/13) to come out and look at the fridge, however, he squeezed me in and came out on Monday (12/10). Unfortunately Roger was unable to determine what exactly was wrong, so he suggested I call the GE folks. Roger did not charge me one cent for the service call. On Tuesday I called Roger again to get some advice regarding what the GE technician had done/said. Roger was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating.

Description of Work: Does not service the Chicago area, but did explain to me what may be wrong with the dryer. Sounds like a smart guy....

Description of Work: He replaced the igniter in my dryer which had quit heating/drying clothes. He was very pleasant, efficient, professional. He cleaned the area after fixing the dryer. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Roger was very prompt and he greeted me with a big smile; which is something you hardly get these days. He removed his shoes when he entered my home as if I had white carpenting--which I don't. He is curtious and he has a warm and friendly disposition. He went straight to the problem with my refridgerator and I would, without hesitation, recommend him to others.

Description of Work: I contacted roger to get an estimate on a oven repair. Roger was very accomodating and we aranged a appointment for the following morning. Roger was very punctual and was there right on time. Roger repaired my oven in no time , and saved me a lot of money on the repair. I highly reccommend him and will call him again.
