Come to find out, we had a colony of ants in the insulation. We don't have an ant problem anymore.

We are still having problems with them. We still have bed bugs and we had to move onto someone else. After they had promised and guaranteed that they would go away if we had the whole house done. We did everything they told us to do. We bagged all of our clothes, pulled all of the clothes out of the closet and put them in the garage. The problem was in two bedrooms, but they had to do the whole house. It seemed like the next day there was a proliferation of them. They came back a second time and they sprayed the couch in the second room. We lifted up the couch and there was a bed bug nest. They came back a third time and there was still a nest in the room. The bugs were active, they weren't even subdued. They told us to throw away the couch. I would not use them again, we called another person and they are gone.

The initial charge is a couple hundred but I continue to do it every year. They do everything, but it is not all under the same price. I had a business relationship for many years, and so when I needed them at the house, I just used them.

Very professional. Thoroughly explained the whole process to me. He did take a lot of time to go over everything with me. That's a good thing.

I made my first appointment on May 29, 2014 for Friday, June 6, 2014. On June 6th, I got a voicemail to call them and get my appointment time. I called them at 9:00am on June 6th. I got an appointment window from 2:00P to 4:00P. At 4:10P on June 6th, I called them and asked when their people would be here to perform their service. I was told that I did not confirm my appointment. I told the woman on the phone that I had. She put me on hold and told me that it was their mistake that it was not on their schedule. I was then told that two people were in route. I asked what the estimated time of their arrival was, and they could not tell me that. This was at 4:19P, I told them that if their people were not here by 4:49P (that was giving them 30 minutes to get here) that I would deduct $5 a minute from my bill. Then I am told they do not want my business. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

It seems like every time they come out, we have something different. They are very easy to deal with, if you call them they generally come out on that day or the next day, the guys are always prepared with whatever poison you need to kill or whatever bug you have and does it close to schedule. We haven't had any problems in terms of getting those terrible wasps next to the driveway and I actually had them come out here and do my mother's house as well. If it doesn't work the first time, they will come back out and do additional spraying until it's effective. I highly recommend them. They are good guys but I don't spend a lot of time talking to them. I showed them where the bugs are and they seemed to know their business and what poison they should be spraying. I haven't had any extensive conversations with them but they do their work quickly and efficiently. We had potato wasp nest in a tree next to the house by the same time the deck guys were out here and basically the wasp guys said that they would come back later because I don't really like them to spray while the deck guys are here because they are going to be stung. They know enough about their business to know how to keep you safe too which is good. The office staff is helpful, the guys know what they were doing and it didn't take them long to get to the house and solve the problem. If you still have bugs, they come out and do it again without any additional charge within 30 or 60 days. They are professional on what they do.

They were timely and spent time going over the etnir hous and outside as well They did an excellent job. I have not seen any more bugs ( an occasional water bug) unless they are dead. I recomanded them to my daughter she was pleased as well.

They have been pretty good. We found them on yellow pages and decided to go with them because they were free to do the job that particular week. This is the only company that we have used and don't know about any other companies so we don't think we have anyone else to compare them with. We have been pleased with them.

They came out, they did the job, and they explained what they did and how long it would take. The workers were very good and they let us know what to expect come spring.

They killed the wasps after two applications but had to pay for both applications even though they were only two weeks apart or so.

Technician called in the morning to advise a two hour window of when he would arrive in the afternoon. He arrived on time, listened to my concerns and did his job very professionally. He was quite courteous and presented himself very well. The service itself seems to work very well. After seeing a few dead bugs I think I am bug free!

I have been using them for twenty years now. They are responsive in their calling and setting up appointments. They are punctual. When they say they are coming, they come. I think their prices are competitive. They are a family-owned business and are very proud of their reputation. Last year they put the wrong mouse bait traps down, and the dogs got to them. I had to take the dogs to the vet to have their stomachs pumped, but the president of the company called to apologize and he paid for the bill. This year, they are putting the animal-proof bait boxes down. The price shown is for six months. I will continue to use them!

I called them they came out and did a great job with the outside and inside treatment. They came back to kill the nest and also recommend a follow up call in the fall. I think that the price that I paid was well worth it. Not only do I not have ants but I have no creepy crawler at all. I have recommended them already.

Exterminator was prompt. He answered my questions and even went the extra mile in exterminating some locusts that we had.

Everything was excellent. I have used them before and I would use them again!

From the woman who answered the phone to the technician they were all very efficient, thorough, helpful, informative, attentive and professional. However, we had to call them out again because what they did the first time didn't take care of the problem. They came out a 2nd time and I still can't say enough about their customer service but we have to call them a 3rd time to take care of the problem again. This is a persistent bug. It's not as bad as it was but it hasn't resolved the problem completely. They do have a 60 day guarantee; however, so the additional trips are at no additional cost. It has gotten better but it hasn't completely resolved itself yet.

When I called to set up the visit the customer service rep was very friendly and helpful, worked with me to set up a convenient time for the appointment and gave me an estimate on the spot of $150-175 (it ended up costing $150). I wasn't at home when they arrived, but my wife said that both employees were polite, friendly (especially in answering the several hundred questions from our kids) and were very careful not to disturb anything in the house during their work. They cautioned us against getting near the nest for several days after the treatment, and told us that if there was still activity after 6 days to give a call and they would treat the nest again at no cost. I am very satisfied with this company. Their work took care of the problem right away, the employees were courteous and efficient, and there were no surprises about cost.

I've had 2 different tech's, Bill and Howard. They were both professional and courteous while here. Shoes were removed before walking on the carpet. They both explained what was going to be done. They came out and treated a second time for the cicada wasps at no additional cost and we were given a 60 day guarantee on the work. We have also signed up for the Spring/Fall treatments for inside and out. I like the fact that there is no monthly contract to sign.
