BARNEY'S HEATING & AIR

Description of Work: Had a problem with my furnace and called Barney's to set up an appointment. I talked to a gentleman who took all my information and I explained that I did not have an emergency but an intermittent problem. He told me he would relay the info and someone would get back to me. I did not hear anything the rest of that day so I called a second number the next day. I left my message with phone number and still never received a call back. Barney's had installed an A/C unit for me last year to my satisfaction and I wanted to give them repeat business since I was happy with the work they did previously. I feel it was very unprofessional for them not even to return one phone call and even tell me that they were busy and could not get to me or to schedule an appointment.

Description of Work: We called for an estimate and he never got back with us so there is no service to evaluate.

Description of Work: As part of an entire contract with Elwood Homes, Barney's was contracted to install a new air conditioner and re-run some gas lines. Brian the owner, came with his crew and installed the new unit, removed the old unit and re-ran some gas lines to facilitate our room addition/kitchen remodel that is in progress and to clean up the gas lines in the back of the house. They were very professional and did wonderful work. They answered any questions my husband and I had, made sure that my cats were safe and did not get into the vents in the house. I even had to leave several times to take my granddaughter to the bus stop and had no qualms about leaving them alone while I was gone for a little while. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: They installed a complete new air conditioning system in my lake cottage in Angola. The house is approximately 4000 square feet and did a beautiful job!
