 + -1 moreHe determined the problem after adding coolant. Ordered a new unit. All went well, but he forgot to disconnect something that caused the new air conditioner to remain on for several days and feeeze up (we were no longer in residence). Fixed it promptly when called, but some stress until then not knowing what was wrong.
Description of Work: Evaluated heating/cooling differential after home inspected for sale. Usual company who we had contract with could not respond and but AVM did.

 + -1 moreI called Aspen Valley Mechanical for a second opinion and not only did Ian Gasper show me where the problem was originating from so I could see for myself that I did NOT need a complete overhaul, he did the work needed at a fraction of the cost and time frame the other company quoted me. Aspen Valley Mechanical's honesty with their customers is much appreciated since I am on a fixed income not to mention a rare thing these days. Very professional and answered all my questions.
Description of Work: I was told I needed a total overhaul of my home's HVAC system.
