Description of Work: PROVIDED A QUOTE THAT WAS CHEAPER THAN ANYONE ELSE IN THE AREA. WENT WITH PRODUCTS UNDER THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS, ORDERED NEW DISHWASHER, STOVE AND REFRIGERATOR. WAS TOLD SEVERAL TIMES THAT EVERYTHING WAS IN BUT WHEN IT GOT DOWN TO HAVING THEM DELIVERED WE WERE TOLD THEY DIDN'T HAVE A DELIVERY GUY, WENT THROUGH THIS TWICE ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE PRODUCT THAT WE PAID FOR IN JUNE WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE A TIME LINE AS TO WHEN IT WOULD BE IN STOCK. IT WAS THEIR SUGGESTION TO PURCHASE THESE MODELS YET THEY KNEW THAT IT WAS DIFFICULT TO GET THE PRODUCT IN. HAD OUR MONEY (WE PAID CASH) FROM JUNE UNTIL SEPTEMBER BUT NEVER GAVE US THE COURTESY TO KNOW THE FACTS. INSTEAD THEY LET US THINK THAT THE PRODUCT WAS AVAILABLE. SALES WOMAN WAS VERY RUDE ABOUT IT WHEN ASKED WHY SHE TREATED US THIS WAY. WE TOOK OUR BUSINESS TO ANOTHER BUSINESS, THEY GAVE US THE SAME PRICE ON THE SAME PRODUCT AND ALL WAS DELIVERED IN A TIMELY MANNER. WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS BUT IT APPEARS THAT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOYALTY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS NO LONGER EXISTS. SAD VERY SAD SINCE I LIKE TO USE LOCAL BUSINESSES.

+ -1 moreMy husband went into their store and picked out our appliances. They delivered the appliances very promptly and everything showed up without a scratch. We looked around before we bought through Tom's and their prices are more reasonable than the other places we looked at.
Description of Work: We bought all of our appliances through Tom's Maytag Home Appliance. We bought a Refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave.

+ -1 moreTHEY'RE RELIABLE AND PUNCTUAL. I FELT THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF EXPLAINING WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT CLEANING UP, AND CHARGED A FAIR PRICE.
Description of Work: THEY FIXED THE FREEZER IN THE REFRIGERATOR.

+ -1 moreIT WAS A HORRIBLE ORDEAL. THEY WOULD COME OUT AND REPLACE THE HEAT SENSOR AND IT STILL WOULDN'T WORK. THE SUPERVISOR HAD TO COME OUT AND FIX THE MACHINE, AND UNFORTUNATELY NO ONE HAS REPAIRED IT SATISFACTORILY.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY CAME OUT TO REPAIR MY OVEN. THE HEAT SENSOR WOULD CATCH ON FIRE WHEN I USED THE OVEN.
