Roys Quality Construction Inc

Roy came highly recommended by the City of Griffith's building commission. Initially, I wasn't very impressed with Roy's responsiveness to our request for a quote. He came out to look at the space fairly quickly but took a week to get us an actual price for the work and then said he wouldn't be able to start for another week. We were very frustrated since we needed to open our doors as soon as possible. His bid for the work was very attractive, however, and since all the other quotes we received were double or more and we had the recommendation from the City, we decided to give Roy a try despite the rocky start. Once the project got moving, Roy did a great job on the work. He even offered to wait to hang doors and install the trim until after we painted so we wouldn't have to tape everything. He also salvaged the materials from the demo so we wouldn't have to pay for additional trim. He fixed our toilet paper holder for us and removed the debris from the prior business (they left several counters and white-boards in the unit). I appreciated the small touches at the end. The final bill came back slightly higher than the quote but the space looked so nice and it wasn't egregiously off the mark, so we didn't complain. In all, Roy does great work. Just don't expect him to move quickly on the bid.

HE DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB, AND WE HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH HIS WORK OR HIM. HE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND WAS FINISHED ON THE SCHEDULE HE GAVE US. HE CLEANED UP THE YARD WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE.
