 + -1 moreHe asked to take my computer off site. I had no problem with that. It took a little longer to get all the files copied than anticipated which was understandable. My only complaint was that he could have communicated that a little better. However he was very thorough and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use him again.
Description of Work: Neil diagnosed that my hard drive was failing. He installed a new 1TB hard drive and copied all the files over for a very reasonable price. He was pleasant and did a good job explaining the options.
