A neighbor recommended them to me. When I called --- Crawford alerted me that there would be a charge for the service call. They asked if it was an emergency -- which it was not. The day came for the repair and the tech was prompt, courteous and willing to explain everything. The adjustment was so minor -- the tech refused to charge me for a service call. I was stunned -- but very appreciative. When you offer this kind of service -- you can be sure I will be a loyal customer. I'm telling all my friends about them.

I shopped around for a few bids on the job and Crawford was the lowest and even lower than I was expecting. It took about 10 days or so to get the new door ordered and permits pulled but that was completely expected (I live in Munster). Once the door was in they came and installed it very quickly and everything looks great.

The technician replaced the rubber gasket, and made adjustments so that the door worked properly and did not go back up on its own after closing. The price charged was very reasonable.

They did such a great job that I haven't had any issues since! I highly recommend them and their work is excellent! I only called them one time, but they were able to explain how to change the code for my garage door over the phone and no charges were applied!

In my opinion Crawford's response to my initial appointment request was very quick, and the second appointment to install a new Liftmaster unit was also given within a very short period of time. The technician arrived at each appointment within the time-frames agreed upon, and he was very nice and knowledgeable. During the first appointment he showed me the damaged board with the scorch marks and advised me that I could either replace the board, or install a new unit. Since the damaged unit was already 15 years old, I opted for an entire new unit, even though it was twice as expensive as just replacing the board. The technician recommended that I purchase a single-receptacle surge protector to guard the electronic components in the new unit from surge damage, which I did the night before the installation appointment. The technician was very patient and polite in answering all of my many questions. The new unit functions perfectly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in my area. I gave the price a rating of and quot;Band quot; because it was reasonable for the quality of service and product provided. The B rating is not intended to indicate any dissatisfaction with the price. Consumers must expect to pay reasonable fair market prices for quality products and services. There is no such thing as and quot;discountand quot; quality home repair.

The company called the night befor and gave an approx time if that was good for me. The next morning I was called with an exact time they would be here and the installer arrived on time. He was very professional in his attitude and work. Removed the existing wood door and the old wood jams and replaced the jams with new wood and installed the new door. He kedp the area very clean and removed all the debris. I was very pleased and would highly recommend this company.

Everything worked out well. They came right on time. They did a good job of fixing it up. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The price was excellent. I told them I had a problem, and they were very responsive. They came 1-2 days later. They came right at the time they were supposed to.

We had an excellent experience with Crawford Doors. We received an initial quote from them within one day of our inquiry. We had to order a custom door, so it took two weeks for delivery. Other companies, however, were quoting us a 4 week delivery. The door came in right on time, and the installers were there the next day. Our installer Jim did a wonderful job, and the door is beautiful. The price for the door was better than the prices we had received from other companies.

Price came in as estimated, on time and it works great so far. I have two other doors to do and I expect I'll use them for those too.

Everything was very good. They were prompt, and although they did not have the right strip for the bottom of the door, someone else brought it out for them so they did not to leave or interrupt the job. The guy was very personable, and they did a great job.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DID. THEY DIDN'T TRY TO CHEAT ME. THEY DID WHAT I ASKED WITHOUT COMPLAINT. THEY COULD HAVE TRIED TO SELL ME THE ENTIRE NEW DOOR AND FRAMING BUT INSTEAD THEY FIXED WHAT THEY COULD AND REPLACED ONLY WHAT THEY HAD TO.

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR JOB. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND USED THEIR TIME VERY WELL. THEY WERE COMMITTED TO FINDING THE PROBLEM. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

CRAWFORD DOOR IS JUST AS GOOD AS ANYONE ELSE, PROBABLY EVEN BETTER. THEY WERE REALLY QUICK TO SHOW UP AND SEEMED TO CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY DID TOO.

CRAWFORD DOOR SALES IS A REPUTABLE ORGANIZATION THAT WORKS HARD FOR A FAIR PRICE. THE ONLY GRIPE IS THAT THE GUY SHOWED UP LATE, BUT HE MADE UP FOR IT BY GETTING THE WORK DONE QUICKLY AND CLEANLY.

THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL AND RESPONDED THE NEXT DAY AFTER WE HAD CALLED. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DEFINITELY KNOW THEIR CRAFT. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THE TO ANYONE.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD AND DID THE JOB. THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET TO THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.
