Description of Work: needed tree in front yard removed

Description of Work: Had Brian's Tree Service trim two large (40 ft. tall) ash trees of their dead branches (of which there were many). Crew of three arrived on time and began work immediately. Two of the three men climbed the trees (using leg climbers) and used chain saws to do the trimming. The third man picked up the branches and drug them to the front curb. They were done in approx. 2 hours. I asked them to cut up some firewood for me and they did (no extra charge). Approx. 2 hours later a different crew came and mulched up the branches and they were shot into a large truck and hauled away. This crew also swept up my yard of any leaves and small twigs. All in all, they did a great job for a cheap price!!!!!!!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!!!!

Description of Work: Contacted the service back in July, to trim a tree in my backyard. Received a call for a quick consultation, and was told the tree was checked out, and how much it would be to do it. I agreed to the price, and then waited for a call from his people to schedule the work. Call came a day or two later, and they left a message giving me the date they would come trim the tree. That date came, but no tree trimming was done. I called in to ask about this, and the receptionist asked me if I called back to confirm the date. I said no, because the message did not ask me to confirm -- it simply said that they will come out on a particular date. So ok, that's fine, let's schedule another time to come out. I said I would be out of town this coming weekend, so how about any time after that during the week? She said OK. So it was now confirmed that after the weekend of August 6th, someone would come out during that following week and trim the tree. That last conversation was three weeks ago. At the end of the week that they were supposed to come out, I called again, and left a message asking what the deal was. No return call. No work done. No nothin'. I have no idea how this company received so many good reviews. Maybe because of them, they became too busy to do all the work? Even so, I would think a month would be plenty of time to trim one tree.

Description of Work: They removed three trees.The removal went well. The removal of the stumps did not. I had to call them a number of times to get them done. First time came at 8PM to grind out stumps,did two left one. Called again I had to do part of the job and finish the job.

Description of Work: We called and asked for an estimate for removing a tree next to the fence, in the backyard, We recieved a call back a couple of days later. We gave them the go ahead and they gave us a date of may 31st. A week before they called and asked if June first would be ok and that was fine with us. The workers showed up as set and took down the tree and remove the stump and an extra stump in the front yard.

Description of Work: 30 Foot Pine Tree cut down, removed, and stump grinded down.

Description of Work: Cut all the dead limbs from trees. Trimmed tree limbs hanging over into my neighborsw yard. Swept up all twigs, leaves, ect from work from sidewalks and driveways, Hauled all the large limbs away.

Description of Work: Remvoal of a very large tree between two houses. Grind and remove the stump.

Description of Work: A very large white oak came down on our roof during a storm. Brian's sent out a crew that did an excellent job. They removed the tree from the house, cut up the tree, pointed out damage caused by the tree, and removed the debri without harming our landscaping. Excellent service.

Description of Work: I had one dead tree split and needed it and another tree cut down and removed. I wanted it done quickly since the house is on the market.
