Bob the Builder's team dedication, enthusiasm, and insight obtained results over and above my expectations. The quality of their workmanship was superior. As a disabled cancer survivor (which Bob the Builder did not know) I did not have the strength to deal with the insurance company. Bob the Builder used their knowledge and expertise to make my job easier. If Oscars were given for a job well done, I would nominate them without any hesitation. I appreciate their honesty. Being a homeowner for many years has made me wonder if I was being given a fair deal with other home repairs. I did not for a moment wonder if Bob the Builder was cheating me. Thank you for a job well done!!!!

During spring cleaning I noticed roof shingles were missing. I talk to a couple of companies about the roof but was undecided about hiring. Bob the builder performed an inspection and provide an estimate. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I was happy with the estimate and conversation so I signed the contract the same day. The roof was completed in a timely manner and I am satisfied with my new roof and the service provided. A neighbor stop by to inquire about my new roof and I recommended the Bob the Builder. They also did the neighbor roof.

Hired Bob the Builder to put new siding on my home. Working with Wes and Tom was great. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Tom kept in touch daily with a status update on the work done each day. He even provided pictures. I love my new siding, especially the color. I live on a corner and occasionally when people drive by, they stop to tell me how beautiful my home look.

Great. A significant project with multiple disciplines that were all handled expertly by Tom and his team. We are very happy with the results and the workmanship. Project was completed approximately 2 years ago and this is a long overdue review. I recommend Tom's Construction highly.

Great. The front walkway turned out better than we hoped for.

Tom and his crew arrived on time and began removing the old driveway. About midway through the day, the bobcat bucket loader developed a hydraulic leak. Tom repaired and refilled the bobcat and limped through the rest of the day. They loaded the truck a number of times and hauled away the old concrete. The weather that week was in the mid 90's. After what seemed like forever, everything started to come together. They poured the driveway on a beautiful Saturday morning. We are very happy with the results!! Tom and his crew were prompt, precise and professional! What I liked most besides the beautiful driveway, is that Tom always kept us informed about what was going on on a daily basis. He was always available if we had any questions or concerns about anything. He's honest and works hard to please his customers! Thank you Tom and crew! Enjoy the pictures!

Some confusion at first on start date and some coating issues but they were resolved.

Started out slow due to weather and problems on another job but once the job got started moved along it took longer than I thought but end result was good. They did a good job on the cleanup end of the job

Tom was wonderful, he had his carpenter design the gazebo which turned out great. Some other jobs and occasional in-climate weather slowed down the job a little.

As a result of 2 torn knee ligaments, steep step down made this access very painful. Tom came over almost immediately to fully understand the job. He took measurements and helped me find a cost effective solution he could deliver. Pictures explain the job better, see before and after. Also, he made some great suggestions, like measuring the length of the car, and making the raised landing (approx. 6 feet square by about 5 inches high) a natural car stop (tells me when I have pulled in fully). Now, the 2 steps are easy to negotiate, and the garage floor is flush with the exterior door out to the yard (garage exit, see replaced white door). I would recommend Tom with zero reservations. Very easy to communicate with, great listener, takes immense pride in his work and really solved a big problem for me. He is appropriately friendly and very professional. It is also worth mentioning I called others to get a quote, and most didn't want to even bid, because the job was 'too small' (concrete needed to be mixed manually, didn't use a concrete mixer truck). Tom seemed to empathize with my knee discomfort and tried to get the job completed as quickly as possible. In fact, he stayed until nearly 9p to get the concrete poured. As a result of this huge lifestyle improvement, since this entry way is my primary access inside , from the attached garage, and also used several times a day to let dogs out, I am able to manage my knee discomfort and postpone inevitable surgery. Thanks Tom!

Tom told me how to get the job done because he did not do small jobs like I had.

The job was done on time, and for a very reasonable price. He actually came in more than $1000 under my budget. It looks beautiful and is a HUGE upgrade from my old driveway. I am very pleased with the service. It was very easy to get in touch with Tom, he was quick and responsive, and the crew showed up on time and did the work as promised. I couldn't recommend more highly.

Wonderful! It ended up being a bigger job than I thought. Tom gave me options and helped me to make the best decision. He and his team made the whole process as painless as possible. They were very respectful of my house and kept things clean. They also kept me up to date every step of the way. Very easy to work with.
