I met Tom on another site when I was at work. He came out, measured, and informed me of all the information I needed to know like pricing, inspections, etc. He gave me a book that let me know what to look for when other contractors came out for estimates. It took Tom 3 days to complete my concrete driveway. The weather did play a factor in the project. The driveway is built up nice and looks excellent. I get comments from friends and neighbors all the time. I have already recommended him to other for their own project.

He was good! Installation was quick. They did a neat job and I don't have any complaints. Pricing was better than other estimates I received and the quality was just as good. I've used him in the past and would use him again.

After having some major work structural work done on our house which required our patio to be torn up, we needed the concrete patio replaced. I reviewed the comments made about Tom's Construction on Angie's List and told my husband that this looked like a reputable company to call. After my husband called, Tom came out within a few days to look at the job and give us an estimate. We could tell that he was very knowledgeable about concrete work and liked the way he informed us of everything that he would do to do the work to our satisfaction True to his word he and his crew completed the project within just a couple of weeks and did a fantastic job. The were all very nice gentlemen, (including his teen-aged grandson who worked as hard as the men), and were very polite and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with them. We love our patio.

If you are looking for professionals who are honest and trustworthy to work on your homes, Bob the Builder is definitely for you. Bob the Builder has done numerous jobs for my family. Not only have they worked on my home, they also worked on my brothers home and did a magnificient job. From the time we received quotes to the time the jobs were completed, they kept me in the loop with any problems or concerns. They constantly made sure all my questions were answered and I was fully satisified each step of the way. They took pictures as the job progressed and showed me what they had found as they were completing the jobs such as removing my existing gutters, fascia's and soffits. They are very easy to work with and very honest about things that need to be done. His team members work efficiently and always made sure they cleaned up after themselves and ensured there was no mess I had to clean up. The thing I appreciated the most is that they never fell behind on the deadlines they set for their projects. Bob the Builder has been one of the few companies I have felt confident to refer to other friends and family members. They beat any quote in home repairs and you won't be sorry if you hire them. I strongly recommend them!!

All employees were prompt and exceptionally curteous. We have dogs, and I was very pleased with how they cleaned the area near our home. They made sure that there were no nails or scrap metal laying around that could have harmed our dogs. I also used Bob the Builder, Inc. on my parents' home last year for major remodeling. They were very knowledgeable, had great ideas, personalized service, and coordination of the job was very good. I plan on using them again, and would recommend them to anyone. It's nice to find a small company that you can trust.

Start to finish, the transaction with Tom was easy. He has good followthrough, listens to what the customer tells him, and offers constructive thoughts and suggestions. He wasnt the cheapest contractor, but his price was fair and his work quality was good.

I was referred to them from a friend who had a bathroom done. When he met with my friend, he told my friend that they are a one stop shop kind of a company. They do additions, roofing, and so on. I had them come over, they did some work on my place. It went fantastic. I am very, very happy. The owner, Robert, actually came out to the house. He was actually the guy who was doing the work along with his workers which really made me happy. He was not just a guy who came out and sold me the work. He was the first one at my house and he was the last one to leave. I have very little trust for people who come to work on my home. They were very professional, very clean. I thought they were fantastic. The day I contacted them, they came out. They ended up coming right on the clock and when they ended up having to stay later in the day to finish, they went to all my neighbors to tell them they would need to be working a little bit later so there might be some noise. They gave me a great warranty on it. He even had the warranty notarized for me. I have never had anyone do that.

It was a very challenging project. My basement had flooded the past 2 years. A very thorough assessment was done to figure out the best way to attack the problem. Workers with expertise were brought in at various points in the project to assure that it was being done correctly. A very large hole needed to be dug and sump pump put in. A pipe needed to be installed to make sure that the water pumped would get to the sewer system. Landscaping needed to be pulled up and then replanted. Every thing was explained very carefully before the work was done.

My experience and everything with them went very good. They were very good people, did a good job and I was well satisfied.

I sat down with Dave and went over expectations, times and any unknown costs (which you should do with any contractor) prior to starting. With all the trim, stain and custom work done they really paid attention to detail. From start to finish they did what was expected, cleaned up their mess and completed on time. I was so happy with their work and price I ended up having more crown molding and detail work done!

Tom and his crew came in on 8/22/2011 and started in the rear where I was having an enclosed porch built. They removed the existing concrete, put in the forms and poured the new concrete. Then Tom and his crew returned on 10/24/2011, when I finally had stairs in the rear of the house, to finish the job in front and on the side of the house. Tom and his crew were very careful not to damage anything, and there were times when they were working very close to glass and other easily damaged items. Tom is a great problem solver, but always wants the customer to make all the final decisions. He wants to make sure the customer is happy with the final product. Tom and his crew are very polite and leave the jobsite clean when the job is done. They are a great group of guys. I've run out of sidewalk to replace, but I would recommend Tom's Construction to anyone and everyone. If I ever decide to add more concrete to my property, you better believe I'll be calling on Tom.
