Great service! I had them send an extra guy just in case. They were cordial, fast, and didn't damage anything. Moved me out of my old house into a much smaller space. I doubted they'd be able to make it work, but they did! They were all willing to go the extra mile, which I appreciated. Definitely would hire these guys again!

Excellent. Prompt and informative meeting to get the estimate, good follow up prior to moving time. Crew came to the house to do packing and preliminary loading 2 days prior to move day. Crew returned promptly on move day and departed on schedule. Some of the same crew who loaded went with the truck to Missouri and unloaded right on schedule. Very good experience all around. Strong, energetic, careful, and pleasant workers.

Never having used movers before I didn't know what to expect. On time, introduced themselves, courteous and professional. Wrapped everything carefully and asked questions. This was less stressful than I thought it would be.

I would hire them again. Very nice group of guys. It took two trips to move us. I had them pack my kitchen, I think next time I would do that myself because they were very careful with some stuff that was not at all fragile and less careful with a few of my fragile items. But generally it was a success. Unfortunately for all of us it snowed that day so it took longer all the way around.

I have used many movers over the years and this company was bar far the best ever. They were professional, on time, went beyond expectations. They wrapped all my furniture expertly and handled everything better then expected. There was no damage whatsoever, not even a broken drinking glass!

I knew this was going to be good when the person on the phone explained how they work, rates, etc. Very professional and concise. On the day of the move they showed exactly when promised. By the way, that blue truck was as clean as show car. The crew did a walkthrough and once again explained the scope of the work to confirm they got it right. They wasted no time and worked efficiently. Communication was excellent. Once at the new place they did another walkthrough to understand where everything was supposed to go. They were extremely careful with everything. Final invoice came exactly as they originally estimated. Definitely very please with the experience. Highly recommend them for your move.

Absolutely smooth and quick. I made several calls that day for someone to help move one room to another. I had no help and had to make this move quickly. Bill's Team did it and oh so well. It was a critical time for me and that move made a difference in our home!

I had an organ, and two antique chifferobes in a storage unit other than Bill's. When I called they put me on the stand-by list. If one of their crews got off a scheduled job early they would give me a call. I would need to be to get to my storage unit in 15 minuets after that call. When moving day came I did receive the call and they arrived at the storage unit shortly after I did. The 4 man crew worked quickly and secured all pieces. Once the items were in the truck they swept out my storage unit. Once at my home, it was snowing at the time, they placed a cover on the floor and brought in all the pieces. They were in the same condition as they where in the storage unit. Everything was done within an hour. They, unlike another mover I had called, did not have a minimum charge and will charge partial hours instead of only whole hours. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Bill's Movers were great, they were flexible with their scheduling since we had to change our closing date and thus our move date. They were easy to talk to and very supportive, telling us not to worry that whatever happened at our closing they would help us even if we had to go into storage. Fortunately for us that didn't happen. Their pricing was excellent and their estimate was spot on. It actually cost us less to move this time than our move of eight years ago which was a shorter distance and with less items, but a different mover. Bill's Movers were on time and all four of the men were very professional. Their largest truck was completely filled and if not for the expertise of the lead man it would not have all fit in one load. None of our belongings, nor either of the houses were damaged. They took care to protect floors and walls of both homes. I was initially referred to them by a few friends that had used them and I'm 100% satisfied that I used their services.

It was a positive experience. They were very efficient and showed up when they said they would. They worked quickly and finished in no time. They were courteous and there was no damage. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Moving is always stressful, but Bill's Movers in Highland, Indiana moved our entire school (k-12) with ease. All the movers were professional, friendly and really went out of their way to make our move easy. It took 2 days, multiple trucks and many wonderful guys to get the project completed. It was a great experience. They were punctual, and professional. Moved like lightning. Everything was packed carefully, and arrived just as it had left. Once they had left there was nothing for me to do besides hang the family pictures. Very friendly and courteous employees. I would and have recommended them to everyone I know in the area who needs movers.

We were extremely pleased with Bill's Movers in Highland, Indiana. We did a Sunday move and paid a little extra, but it was well worth it! Movers were ON TIME and READY to work!! The crew was extremely courteous and polite. They had my entire house loaded in 2 hours using the utmost care. They also moved my upright piano with great precision. The crew was extremely professional and worked great as a team which meant the job went faster. A second trip was made to my house for the garage and outdoor items, and they were back in less than an hour. I would definitely use them again! Great Job!

I had some items that went missing, and I have a feeling that they might have taken them. I had them at the old house, and they were gone when our items arrived at the other home.

I had used Bill's Movers during a very difficult time, following the death of my mother. They were both compassionate and courteous. I had previously used them when moving her things to an assisted living facility and I was very pleased with their service. I felt comfortable enough to leave them to finish and lock the door behind them because I had to attend another funeral.

They did a good job of moving BUT at the end of the move after they left, we discovered that one of the movers had stolen some of our medication (zanaz) a controlled substance. He asked to use the bathroom, was in there a long time, left. When we went in, we noticed the Zanax bottle was on top of the box of meds and empty. There had been quite a few tablets in there. I called them and they told me there was nothing they could do about it.

Their receptionist was very clear on the costs for everything, from per-hour rates to the extra rental of wardrobes beyond those provided. The crew (Dan, Chuck, and Jordan) arrived at the time they promised and quickly got to work. We were present during the entire move - and they interacted with us very respectfully, asking questions about what was going where, and how we wanted things handled. I have hired different movers 4 times over the past 10 years, and this crew from Bill's did a great job moving more stuff for the same price as I paid 3 years ago to another company. Great job, would hire them again.

I must confess I have used Bill's Movers prior to subscribing to Angie's List. They are great. Their prices are reasonable( they require a $110 deposit). It was no problem for them to transfer a washer and dryer form my Mom's new house to mine. I would definitely use them again.

The father used to own the business, now the kids own it. They are excellent. She got a senior discount with the price of the service. They don't horse around, some people try to waste time. There were three guys and they got right to the job, they were no nonsense and very personable. They are careful and very accommodating. I've used them and my mother has used them, but I know a lot of other people that have used them, too. I always shop around for price, but I did not this time because I was happy with the other experiences I had with them. I thought $250 was no big deal.
