Description of Work: Water was leaking from the ceiling. He correctly identified where the problem originated and fixed it quickly. He was very courteous and efficient. I would definitely call them again and would request Napoleon. He was great!

+ -1 moreI called approximately 9:30am on July 17. I was told that the service techs were on another job, but as soon as they finished they would call to set up appointment. Around 10am, the service techs called and indicated they could come out immediately. They were at my house in about 10 minutes. They assessed the job and gave me an estimate. I had the drain fixture on hand that I wanted installed. They needed a couple of extra fittings, but they had them on their truck. They were finished with the job by 11:30 and had everything cleaned up. The service techs were very polite and neat. Price charged was the same as the estimate. I was very pleased with the work and would call them again!

Description of Work: Terry and his guys at 2nd Shift have been great. We have had them check out a drain that was backing up, and they helped us figure out it wasn't needed (so we could cap it). We have had them do some work in connection with our septic, and we will be having more work done by them in the near future to help ensure that we stay dry in the house when our creek floods. Prompt and professional, we don't call anyone else.

He wasn't contracted with the home warranty service we have and took steps to get contracted with them in order to service us.
