The Uncloggables, LLC

After the first visit they had to come back because the dishwasher drained completely into the bathtub (Never a problem before). We were still having issues with water in the crawlspace and had another contractor come in. I have photographic evidence that the bathroom sink drain was never addressed and was COMPLETELY DISCONNECTED and had been for a long term period. They never even touched it. So, after $310 we have another contractor in, who has already repaired it.

Laura was amazing on the phone and made every effort to help me schedule an appointment even though they were super booked. I had already called 5 different local plumbers but none of them were able to book an appointment prior to the holidays. My kitchen sink was overflowing and leaking water and I couldn't wait. Laura called me after playing with the schedule and said that someone could be out within the hour. In about an hour a super polite gentleman (I didn't catch his name) arrived and worked for about 30 minutes to fix the clog in the drain and patch up some of the other leaks. He was efficient and polite. He even offered to put all the items (cleaning products, etc.) back under the sink when he was done working. He was also super friendly to my dog, which scored him big points.

He did it the next day and did it right. The work enabled the pipeline to pass the gas company's connection test so I could have the gas turned back on.

They were quick and courteous and the price was right.

On Sunday afternoon, my mother was washing clothes and water started pouring out from underneath the washer. At the same time water was filling up in the tub and the toilet. The neighbor thought she had the toilet fixed and we heard it "running." When we went to the bathroom water was flowing from the toilet everywhere. I didn't know who to call and my friend said they called "The Uncloggables." She said they were the best and she was right. I called Sunday evening and left a message for them to please contact me this morning (Monday) as soon as possible since my 85 year-old mother was without water. Jeremy called at 7:53 and said they were ready to come out immediately which they did. They arrived at 8:00 am and took off the two traps tops in the front yard. They had to run the sewer snake to the main line. There was a blockage and a piece of frozen debris in the line. Once the water was free flowing again, they fixed the toilet where I pulled off a piece inside the tank trying to stop the water. They couldn't have been any nicer. I will call them definitely for any plumbing needs for myself or my mother in the future. Since they were there an hour, they just charged me the hourly rate. Thank you again for your excellent, rapid, service. You guys are the BEST!!!

It went very well. His work was very well organized and he had all the parts needed to correct the problem. Before he started any work he explained what he was getting ready to do for us.

I think it went wonderful! I will use them in all my plumbing needs. They had all the work done quickly and went over everything with me in detail. They made sure I asked any questions and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing anything about plumbing. I'm really really glad I used them. My washer machine works wonderful!!!
