+ -1 moreAfter the first visit, Steuer did not respond to phone calls. He failed to apply for permits. He did not do anything to get this job started. He did not follow through. He is unprofessional and unreliable. This was a very frustrating experience.
Description of Work: Steuer Septic looked at our septic system to see what repairs needed to be made, after a home inspector found problems. He said he would check on codes and permits, That was the last we heard of him. We thought he was getting information and permits. After a few days we tried to call Steuer. We got voice mail every time. We left messages about what we needed to know. After 18 days It took the intervention of our Realtor to get Steuer to finally call us back. He had not even applied for any permits. We fired him.
