They do nice work. We aren't plant experts so I tell him what we are looking for and he gives good recommendations. They are a little unresponsive so I would downgrade them on that.

Came out to subdivision and mowed the lawn at our home. Since it had rained, mowed the front lawn and did not cut the back.

When I called, the woman who answer the phone was very patient as I explain the situation. She left me explain in a lot of detail what we were looking for and why. We got an appointment for an onsite estimate 2 weeks after my initial call. John, I think, was on vacation until then. He was very prompt and friendly the day of the appointment. My mom was there, showed him the gutter drain, and explained what the other drainage issue was. He explained how he would solve the problem. When he asked her about widening the path, she declined and said she didn't want to do that. Although he told her a price, he said he would also email her the estimate, which she never received. I called 3 times. Each time the woman who answered the phone said she would give John the message and have him call me. We never heard anything more from him. This was really disappointing and unexpected since he was so prompt and professional when he came to her house. We suspected that the job may have been too small for them to make it worth their while, which is understandable. However, whatever the reason, it was very unprofessional to never return my phone calls and not respond back to my Mom after coming to her house. We will not use RLM or recommend them.

I was not there when the work was done, but it looks beautiful. Very nice and professional!

Meeting with company rep quickly set up after we called to get proposal and quote. Quick and comprehensive proposal made with alternatives. Good communication with office and contact person. Work done in timely manner. Work done to our satisfaction. Very professional crew. Handled unexpected well. Great clean-up job. Follow-up phone call by contact person to make sure everything went to our satisfaction. We will be using them for all our landscaping needs, yard upkeep, mowing, lawn treatments and snow removal. Would definitely recommend.

The job that they did was excellent. They cleaned up well after they were finished and I am totally satisfied with the job that they did.

They do some fertilizing. They also do a spring and fall clean up. They rake leaves, trim trees, etc.

We have used Ricci's for awhile, they have put in a new driveway and done a lot of plantings for us as well. When we find a good service provider we stick with them.
