"We were told that the project would take about ten days to complete. It took about a month. It looks like he starts a job promptly but takes on many other projects and abandons some to work on others. The crew did not clean up after themselves and we had to point out things that had been left undone to them when they were preparing to leave after they had "finished" the job. A few of the post holes were never backfilled, and some spots where they'd dug holes but never placed a post were never backfilled. Some of the underlying frame work looks jury rigged and slipshod. Will not work with him again."

"November -Project was scheduled for Monday through Wednesday. Not finished. Came back on Saturday. Plumbing leaked in basement. Plumber came and fixed leaking. Bathroom still not properly finished. Now it is January and second installer came. He ripped out everything first installer put in. Was supposed to be Thursday and Friday. Had to come back on Saturday. Sunday water pouring into basement again. Shower not useable. Came back on Tuesday to fix problems. Finally finished but not in a timely manner whatsoever. What was supposed to take three days actually took two months. So frustrating."

"I first called Garage Doors plus when one of the springs on my garage door broke. They were very punctual and polite, but did not have the right spring to replace my broken one. They did a temporary fix and told me they would call when the new spring came in. A few weeks went by and I didn't hear anything. Then the spring on the other side broke, so I gave them a call back, and they were out within the week with two new springs and they replaced one of my pulleys as well. Aside from the initial non-call back, which wasn't really that big of a deal, the work was great and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely call them for service again!"

"Company backed out of a 100k house remodel. Upon inspection there were fire hazards, leaking pipes, windows that cannot be opened, support beams that are bowing in the middle, and drywall that shows every seam, screw, and putty mark. Many of the issues were corrected, but they backed out when the drywall was brought to attention. After paying 70K, still no kitchen, no floors, and unfinished electrical. Save yourself some heartache and money."
