I didn’t have them do work, however my neighbor did. They came to our street to dispose of items as well as their vendor Wagner Concrete. They also tore up our common area with trucks running through it. Still haven’t fixed it. When we asked them who allowed them to dump stuff there the vendor was very rude and yelled. Two days later the vendor comes back to our home and yells “Did your fat *** wife get her answers” is this the vendors yu want at your home, I wouldn’t!

There were not many companies to choose from and they answered their phone and we were pretty desperate; my husband had had knee replacement surgery and I had to get somebody so that is why I went with them. I did not really spend a lot of time looking. They came out as soon as they could and they did a good job. I thought the price was a little bit much.

Trent from Paragon was great to work with, from first meeting all the way through to the end of the project. Not only did Trent listen to what we wanted, but he provided great feedback, suggestions, and a design. We expanded the size of our patio and allowed for adding pavers at a later date. What really impressed up was the professionalism from start to finish, especially of the work crew. Paragon sub-contracted the concrete work and they were very professional too. Paragon's crew cleaned up the job site every day and were great at communicating the progress of the project. The hardscape turned out better than we imagined, and we've received so many compliments from friends, family, and neighbors. It was money well spent for what they did. Without hesitation or a doubt I would use them again in a heartbeat. It looks absolutely beautiful!

I REALLY WANTED TO USE PARAGON BUT COULD FIND NO WAY TO REACH THEM. THE MAIN NUMBER LISTED WAS INCORRECT AND THE OTHER NUMBERS WERE FORWARDED TO THE INCORRECT ONE. fOR SNOW REMOVAL, I NEEDED SOMEONE CLOSER TO MY HOME THAN WHAT ANGIES LIST PROVIDED.

Called Paragon and left a message explaining I had recently had a patio poured and was interested in having the area landscaped. Received a return call from the owner at least 2 weeks later. He asked about the project and explained they were backed up until November. I asked if they still did installations in November and he replied that is one of the best times. At this time he seemed interested in the project, I then mentioned I had spoken with a couple of other landscapers about the project and his interest totally changed. He quickly explained it was his priority to take care of his existing customer base and he would have to decline the job with no real explanation. It is my assumption they are not interested in competition or price comparison. They might do great work, I will never know, but if you are a new customer scouting for a landscaping company that really wants to help you I would look elsewhere.

Paragon does very professional work. We have gotten to know the owner personally as well as a number of his year-round employees. They are very customer focused and responsive to our needs. They take pride in their work and it shows. We have a rather large lot with a lot of landscaping, so we spend between $6,000 and $9,000 on maintenance annually depending upon how much new landscaping work needs to be done each year. Last year we had more than the usual expenditures because we had to replace some trees that were damaged in the June windstorm. Oh, and Paragon removed the damaged trees for us too. Paragon is a quality company that delivers quality products and services. You couldn't go wrong by hiring them for any lawn or landscape project.

They have always had our lot ready for our services, and they have been prompt and responsive to all of our requests. We have taken bids, so I believe their prices are reasonable.

They did a great job. They totally changed the look of the house. The flower choices and the hardscape are beautiful. They also came back out this spring to check all items installed. They stand behind their work.

I liked everything. The service was prompt and I liked the workmanship.

It went great, even though the rainy spring delayed things quite a bit, we had given then a date by which things needed to be completed (early June) and they were there just in time. We received an estimate in late April and approved 95% of their suggestions. Bryan was great to deal with. The crew was very professional and they worked very heard.

Trent created a unique design for the front of our new house. He listened to our preferences and was very attentive, incorporating some existing plants. He was very prompt with appointments, and more than willing to change anything we wanted. He sent us two detailed estimates that were very complete, leaving no room for an unexpected price in the end. Paragon's web site contains references with addresses that we drove by to see other work sites they had completed. They were able to finish the job three weeks before they had planned which was nice because it was the end of October. The workers arrived around 8am and were all very professional, kind and willing to work hard to complete the job in a timely manner. They were easy to talk to and obviously knew what they were doing. There equipment and trucks looked professional and they cleaned up the street and sidewalks before they left each day. They kept in communication with us as the job progressed, letting us know when they were taking breaks, or leaving for the day. When I expressed a concern about one stone not being exactly right, they quickly changed it to accommodate my preferences. This was a great experience because the company did a great job! They even used their own hose instead of ours which was already connected to the faucet. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for top notch landscape work that is affordable.

They have had professional crews throughout the whole experience. They are always courteous. They get the work done on time. They always do a good job. They are approachable people.
