+ -1 moreI called them one day and they came out the next day and put it in. It was very fast and very professional. They did a good job and there’s no problem. I said I’d like to have it install and they asked me if they can do it the next day. They said they will come around 2 o’clock, and I think it was close to that, within an hour. They were friendly and they cleaned-up after themselves. They took the problem water tank out and put it away.
Description of Work: Tomcat plumbing came out within the last ten days and installed a hot water tank.

+ 0 moreWe checked in with the tenant later that night and were told she was pleased with the quick response and that everything was working fine. When I asked a month or so later what she thought of Tom and the Job he did I was told that not only was he very professional but that he did a good job cleaned up after himself. She said she would be happy if we used him to do work for us in the future. For those interested (1) Tom is Licensed, bonded and insured, (2) Indiana: PC19700216, (3) Illinois: 058-146044 and (4) Tom is a very experienced plumber with many years of experience.
Description of Work: We have several condos and were in Florida when a tenant called us with a problem of the drains backing up in the bathroom and kitchen. We called Tom late at night. He went out immediately and fixed the problem by routing, etc. My wife and I were very relieved because the tenant is elderly, disabled and upset.
