I have had 3 phone conversations asking for service. After three attempts, I just went elsewhere. I would never use this company because they are unprofessional.

They were great. They get all A's from me. I decided to use them because of their Angie's List recommendations, and I'm glad I did.

Promptly determined the problem and used his rotter to unplug the sewer line. He was very professional and cleaned up afterwards.

The journeyman sent was knowledgeable and polite and preformed the task with quickly. He had all the tools needed and explained to me parts of the plumbing the drain and pipe interacted width. He also answered questions about the rest of my plumbing to my satisfaction.

Our water line from the street to our house froze up. Rob and Brenden showed up as promised and got the water flowing again! Both guys were professional and polite. We will definitely use Salyer again. Would recommend Salyer to family, friends and neighbors.

They were fine...they fixed it and they were reasonable. They showed up and they have the right part. It took them only 15 minutes and they were done. They attended to my problem very quickly.

He was courteous and respected my property As for installation I believe he did a good job

We had an issue with our water treatment equipment and were told to call a plumber to check for blockages in our pipes. We couldn't use our water and needed someone to come out quickly. He came out within hours of our phone call. He was professional and polite and got the job done. The lady that scheduled our call was also wonderful to work with.

Some communication issues during scheduling but eventually service was performed well

They were available right away, he showed up on time and was clean cut, he fixed the problem in a timely manner. The office staff was friendly too. I would use them again

Called and talked to Lisa who was very friendly at 9:40 a.m. She said she would call back and let me know when she could send someone out. At 10:10 a.m. she called and said she has someone that is leaving from Hammond and he was on his way if that was okay. I told her that would be wonderful. Kevin came out and assessed the problem and said he will definately have the drain cleared out and running. He rodded the sink to the basement. He had the drain running better than ever. He also cleaned up his mess, you couldn't even tell he was here. I set up an appointment tomorrow for my mom. I would definately use again and recommend. Prices were good too and lower than Roto-Rooter .

I called to have a plumber come out and snake my shower drain. The woman on the phone was very nice and told me they would be out at 8:00 am the next morning. I got up early to make sure the area was clear and ready for the plumber. When 8 am arrived no one showed up. I waited half an hour and called the company to inquire about the appointment. The same woman answered and informed me that she was sorry that I had waited and remembered mentioning 8 am but that she was in the middle of a meeting and would call me right back. I never received a call back and I waited a full business day. I don't how they run this business but I'm taking mine elsewhere.

The serviceman spent an hour assessing it and gave me estimates on future repair options if the problem re-occurs. There was no charge for his visit and assessment.

HE DID ALL THE DIRTY WORK AND CLEANED UP. FOR THE LEAKY SINK, HE DIDN'T HAVE THE PART, BUT WENT TO A CONTRACTOR AND BOUGHT ONE AND BROUGHT IT BACK TO INSTALL.

He came in to give us an estimate, but said it was a quick enough fix that he could just do it right then. He was very knowledgable and explained what he needed to do and gave various possible reasons why it occurred in the first place. He even explained further to my babysitter as I had to get to work and needed her to report to me what I missed. I was happy with the speed and professionalism he exhibited.

Overall it went well. I want to add that the customer service was excellent. Kathy, at the Salyer office, was very good at keeping me informed. I never had a frozen pipe situation before and it was a welcome relief to be able to speak to someone at 7:30 in the morning rather than leaving a message on an answering machine. She was able to give me some tips about frozen pipes and assured me that someone would be by to take care of the problem.

My kitchen drain backed up on Christmas day. I put in a harsh chemical cleaner which ate through my garbage disposal unit and leaked all the way into my basement through a grate in the floor in front of the sink. We woke up to this mess and called Saylers. The plumber came amazingly fast. I can't stress his professionalism and competency enough. He quickly and thoroughly assessed and fixed the current problem and fixed the layout which had been causing chronic backups both in the kitchen and basement drains. It cost a lot less than I was expecting. This is the second time I have used them and I will use only them from now on. They did only what was needed and explained how to maintain the pipes in good working order.

Showed up on time, very personable, completed all work professionally. Cost was reasonable.

They arrived on time with equipment and dug a hole to troublespot with a huge forklift. Worked hard all day and finished about 5 PM (started at 8:15 AM). Used good materials, were professional and pleasant, and cleaned up after.

I went with this company because they were thorough. They are very experienced and are outstanding. They have great responsiveness and quality of work.

This company comes well recomended, but my experience was less than stellar. I called many times over the course of about a week to have them come out and fix my ejector pump (A basement pump for pumping out below-grade waste). Each time they promised to call back and make an appointment but never did. Finally I gave up and called Young Plumbing. They came out the same day and fixed my problem in a couple of hours.
