I know there were several reasons the job had to be delayed as there were construction changes that you wanted to make and that unfortunately caused delays. You did decide to cancel the job and we did refund your money.

Description of Work: Rogers did a complete tear off and installed new roof shingles. Although their price was higher than some other companies, we decided to hire them because of their responsive assistance, professionalism, contract details and the thorough manner in which they provided assistance. The services have been great. The advisers were attentive to details which we cannot say about other roofers who gave us estimates.

Mr. [removed member name], I have looked up the information in our computers and do not see that you ever called Rogers Roofing. Could it possibly be under another address? I don't know exactly what may have happen but if you could call the office we would gladly send someone out to give you an estimate. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. When a customer calls we schedule an appointment for a estimator while we have the customer on the telephone. Please accept our apology if there was a mistake made on our part but as I stated I did not have any information regarding your call to the office.

Description of Work: Replaced all fascia in front and back of house. Had to put on missing drip edge as well. Also replaced the chimney cap an unit. They were quick, very professional and did an excellent job.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON THE ROOF. THEY HAULED AWAY ALL THE DEBRIS. THEY WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. I WAS HAPPY WITH THEM AND THEIR WORK.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY TOOK OFF THE OLD SHINGLES AND REPLACED THEM WITH NEW. THEY ALSO HAD TO REPLACE SOME OF THE WOOD ON THE ROOF.
