They are excellent, no doubt, professional and courteous their whole work is great.

They have been coming for over two years and they are still the very best in all areas. We are very pleased with their service and will continue with them.

I spoke to "Sandra" one week ago regarding a quote for lawn service. I never heard back from them.

We have used this lawn service for several years now and are very pleased with the services provided. The men are very diligent and on-task the entire time they're here. They cleaned the roof and gutters of leaves, cleaned up all the mess, and we will definitely continuing using this service in the future. Highly recommend them.

Great service. Always on time, and they clean up everything before leaving. We had one minor incident, but they were very professional, and took care of everything. They are the best. Very reasonable rate also.

I contacted R Lawn Care Service via email through their website to enquire about what I considered a big job of trimming back some overgrown trees and a lot of overgrown weeds in the back yard and behind the garage. They replied a few hours after I sent the email, came out the same day to look at what needed done and gave me the estimate. Three days later I contacted them again to let them know I accepted the offer and they were out within a few hours. I was at work when they came out, and when I came home that evening I was blown away by the work they had done. The crew did everything that I had asked and with great attention to detail, including edging the grass along the sidewalk and driveway which I hadn't even requested. They cleaned up and hauled away everything. I am very impressed with the work they did and will definitely use them again in the future when needed.

After several weather-related delays, a crew finally came and performed the demo work in one day. Then weeks went by with nothing else. After several assurances from Sandra that they were short-staffed but staffing was fixed and they were getting caught up on other projects, we finally inquired again about the status/timing of our project. We were told that they had no idea when they'd be able to finish the work they'd begun. To their credit, they offered to return our 50% deposit check and cancel the rest of the contract. When it became clear that nothing was going to be completed anytime soon, we took them up on the offer. They promptly returned our check and did not charge us for the work that had been performed so far. I can't recommend R Lawn Care to others, but I do appreciate that they were honest and let us know they couldn't complete the work. Now we are back to the drawing board to find another contractor.

They removed all of the leaves from the front yard. Not only did they remove them, The flower beds were cleaned out all the leaves and they also cleaned out under the bushes too! I cannot express how very pleased I was with the quick response and the professionalism of this company. . I most definitely would use and recommend this company again.

I called and left message, but my call was not returned. I called back and spoke to a person ,who promised me that they will get in touch with me soon, but no news from them yet.

These gentlemen are great! They do a thorough job and don't miss any detail. They always seem to do more then I expected. They trim and pickup where others would not. At this time late in the summer, they even cleaned out around bushes where there were some early leaves and left it pristine. I can't say enough about this service and the courteous men who do it. They are hard workers and are always focused on what they are doing. My yard looks great every week because of them. Thank you for a great job.

View prompt response to phone call, and within 1 day Ruben and his crew were out to cut our overgrown lawn, and weeds and edge along driveway and sidewalks. Also did a fantastic job clearing out a bunch of tall weeds on the side of my house. My neighbor came out and was so impressed with their work that she is interested in hiring R Lawn Service for gutter cleaning and yard maintenance. Will definitely be using R Lawn Service in the future. I think I can ditch my purchase for a new lawn mower!

I received prompt responses to my emails and questions which is a big plus with me. Within days after my initial contact I came home from work and was pleasantly surprised to see that everything was done. My new home no longer looked liked Jurassic Park. I will definitely contact them again for bigger landscaping jobs.

I contacted them by email and the owner came and gave an estimate and mowed on the same day. The price was very reasonable for my 1/3 acre lot. The guys were very thorough. They edged and they trimmed all the messy areas of the property. They have already mowed twice. They have also given me very reasonable estimates for other work.

When I visited them for the first time, I expected to find the business located in a store front. However, this business is run out of a residential home. That probably helps keep their overhead costs low. After my visit, it took about a week before the personal visit estimate, then another two days for the work. While waiting for the ersonal visit estimate, I telephoned them more than they telephoned me. I suspect that part of the delay was probably due to the unusual amount of rain we received. Sandy, the office contact, is a very friendly lady to deal with. And after Ruben came out to view the property, he gave me a fair estimate for a complete season of mowing and edging. The crew arrived prepared to perform the requested work. The three men did not waste any time and started quickly. They even picked up foreign objects on the lawn before mowing it. I was completely satisfied with this first job they performed on my property.

The crew was very professional and did a fantastic job! The foreman of the group was extremely considerate in not driving the mower on my neighbors lawn therefore driving down the easement in back, down to the street and to his truck. This is the first time I have ever seen this level of respect for people's property. When I asked questions, they were answered immediately and clearly. His crew was also very thorough in the cleanup and didn't stop until it was perfect. I have never seen the property so clean. They are worth every penny of what they charge and I will be using them for leaves, mowing, evergreen trimming and fall cleanup. This is a top company in the area with modest prices and a down to earth business. The owner was a pleasure on the phone and did everything expected including contract. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for someone to do similar work.

I joined Angie's List specifically to find lawn care. This was my first contact. I searched and found R Lawn Care Services and decided to contact them since it was stated through the search that they had serviced 2 properties that were in my area (Angie's List said and quot;within 5 milesand quot;) and they had good reviews. They contacted me two days later when Sandra asked me for my address, which I immediately provided. Never hear from them, so after 5 days I wrote again to ask them to at least respond, and quot;even if they were not interested in my request.and quot; Sandra wrote me back that afternoon, and quot;Ruben will be going there today to get the estimate. You will have the estimate tonight, and if you agree we will provide the service.and quot; The night came and went. No estimate, no contact. This evening (May 7th), I received this from Sandra, and quot;We would like to Thank you for considering and quot;Rand quot; Lawn Care Service. We would love to service you only we feel it is to far out of the area to service.and quot; Extremely interesting since I am reminded of Angie's List stating that they had done work and quot;within 5 milesand quot; of my service area. I doubt that he EVER stepped foot on my property, my security cameras show no sign of Ruben. They wasted 7 days of my time. If you don't want the work, just say so. REALLY VERY SIMPLE.

The initial visit demanded leaf removal from a 2 acres wooded lot containing 35 mature oak trees. and quot;Rand quot; Lawn Care did a fantastic job removing the leaves which had accumulated, cleanup near the house as well as branches which had fallen. We requested return visit several more times before winter to perform additional cleanup as well as leaf removal from the gutters. We are very satisfied with their work performances and will be calling them back for estimates on landscaping services this spring. They were quick, efficient, and thorough at this monumental task! The value was GREAT and we were very pleased! Bravo to R Lawn Care! We will use you again and again!

.The first time they came, they faced a big job because my husband and I are older and in poor health and havn't been able to take care of the yard as we had in the past. Branches and debris were piling up and it was looking awful. I knew to call them because I saw them working across the street at a neighbor's yard and observed what a good job they did. I copied the name and number on the side of their truck, contacted them, and have them scheduled every other week. It is a simple task to call or e-mail them if I have any changes to make or for any reason. They are easy to work with and understand our needs. It is a relief to have a service we can rely on and know what to expect. I'm so glad I saw them that first day and took the information to contact them!

I sent an email outlining the work I needed to have done, and they answered promptly. Sandra was friendly and courteous, both in the email and on the phone. Nothing I asked for was a problem, and Sandra assured me that Ruben is a stickler for detail and would make sure everything was completed. Ruben came to the house within a couple of days and quoted $600 for the clean-up and $200 for the first mowing. I thought both were more than fair, since the property was really a mess, and the grass had not been cut yet this year.They came as scheduled and did a WONDERFUL job!! I guess I should be embarrassed to admit that the property has NEVER looked this good in all of the twenty years I've been taking care of it. :/ I'm so, so, so delighted with their quality of work and professionalism! They will be coming out every two weeks to maintain the yard, through the mowing season. I have a lot of yard and am unable to take care of it myself anymore. Their motto is and quot;We'll service your lawn as if it's 'R' ownand quot; and they do indeed!

They were fantastic. I called him in the morning and by 11:00 he was here working and he was finished at 12:00. His price was totally reasonable.
