 + -1 moreExcellent! I called a few hours ago with no rush intended. Kraig showed up and was like a white tornado! He fixed the faucet and gave me the bill which I was surprised to see was so reasonable! Thanks Norm's you will be my forever plumbers!

Description of Work: Needed a couple of leaky faucets repaired. Came out to look and said it would be a couple of days before the repairs could be made. Someone would call and set up an appointment. No one called after two days. I called and left message to call. No one called. Tried again and was told when plumber would be out. He fixed the leaks, but replaced the tub faucets backwards or upside down. Called again and was told that was the proper way but he would return to change them. He came back the next afternoon and changed the faucets back the way I wanted them. Nice guy - personable and actually professional in the work. But typical of most tradesmen in my experience, not real dependable. After all that, yes, I would use Norms Plumbing again.

 + -1 moreA different plumber (who shall remain nameless unless my mother does not receive her refund in two weeks) temporarily fixed my elderly mother's water heater (it lasted six hours) and told her that if it didn't work ,it would be time for a new water heater; Norm's Plumbing told my mother that she did NOT need a new water heater, but a new thermocouple. He installed a new thermocouple, and her water heater has been working beautifully for a week now.
Description of Work: He changed the thermocouple on a water heater.

Description of Work: Had problem with my toilet - it was hissing when it was flushed. Norm's changed flushing mechanism and added turn off valve to toilet. I have used them for more complicated problems as I have a 80 yr. old home. They have always been very professional and very nice guys.

Description of Work: I had them come out and he had to put a gas valve in the kitchen for a new stove. He also fixed a shower valve for me. I recently purchased a new toilet too and they installed it for me.

Have had several not positive experiences with various contractors and workers; however, Norms was excellent in every aspect of this small project. On time, on budget, and completely professional. I will be recommending this company to anyone who has plumbing or heating needs.

Description of Work: Kirk came to my home at the agreed time to overview the property and provide me with a bid. He had a quote for for me within an hour to re-pipe my home. Work commenced two days later. Two men one day. No mess everything done in a professional manner. They cleaned up everything. So good I took a 2 hour shower this am. Highly recommended.

He's very experienced with a broad knowledge of home repairs in general and gave good advice on other topics we mentioned. Norm's plumbing are the only plumbers we'll call. If their busy, we can wait.
Description of Work: Fixed a leaky shower faucet in an vintage shower stall with old hardware. All other plumbers wanted to completely re-install new plumbing which would not only cost a lot of money, but involve destroying old tiling which could never be replaced. Fixed a leaky sink faucet which was too complicated for us. Re-centered and grouted BR sink. Put a new drain ring and cover in BR sink which was corroded.

 + -1 moreThe price was about what I thought it would be. They installed the unit without any problems and cleaned up very well when they finished. I wouldn t mind referring them to anyone and will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: We had some water in our basement so we had this company install a new sump pump. They were here about an hour or so and when they finished they cleaned up and left with any waste they made.

 + -1 moreTHIS WAS A HUGE JOB AND WE COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW REASONABLE THE COST WAS. THEY EVEN PUT IN NEW SEWER LINE AND MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BOTH RECOMMENDED THEM TO EVERYONE WE KNOW.
