Description of Work: He repaired a chain link fence on a rental property for me and also put up a new privacy fence and gate in the back at my residence.

+ -1 moreJose is the official fencer of our neighborhood (in Woodlawn). One woman had her iron fence done by him at a couple thousand dollars less than other neighbors paid, and several more of us had him do ours after that. He has also done window bars for some neighbors. His work was prompt (began two days after I called him) and fast (took two days to do whole fence). The guys were a little messy with the concrete post supports, leaving some dried concrete along the property line and some chunks that I had to ask them to clear up. They also put the fence a couple inches further in than requested, but overall they did a great job. Jose is friendly and reliable, inexpensive and very quick. I will hire him again to do the wood privacy fence in my backyard.
Description of Work: Installed a 6 foot high wrought iron fence on three sides of my property, with two gates. Soldered mailbox to fence.
