+ -1 moreVery well. Ok, I took a chance on an Ebay seller with a "0" rating - wanted to help them get started. Well, I learned my lesson. System finally arrived and automatically shut itself off after being on for a few minutes. Took it into the owner (Jeff) and asked him to take a look. He cautioned me that it might be several days - I was at the back of the queu - which was fair. Called me the next day - system up and running. The seller had done a poor job of putting the components together. Fast and reasonable - Best Buy, etc. charge $100 just to look - never mind fixing it. Will definitely use again.

+ -1 moreMy daughter had spilled my coffee onto 1 of my laptops and the other one I couldn't charge because the part where you plug into to get the computer to charge had fallen out of the computer. I had 2 identical Gateway laptops and he merged them for me and did a great job.
Description of Work: He successfully turned my 2 non-working Gateway laptops into 1 working one and gave me back the extra working parts.
