+ -1 moreMY LAPTOP ISN'T VERY OLD, BUT I USE IT A LOT. THEY FOUND THE RIGHT PARTS THAT IT NEEDED RIGHT AWAY AND THEY GAVE ME A GOOD PRICE FOR IT. THEY HAD THE JOB DONE IN ONE DAY AND THEY DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING MORE THAN WHAT I NEEDED.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE HARD DRIVE IN MY LAPTOP COMPUTER.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB WITH MY COMPUTER AND IT HAS BEEN RUNNING GREAT EVER SINCE. I WAS IMPRESSED BY THEIR ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND THEIR KNOWLEDGE ABOUT WHAT WAS WRONG AND HOW TO GO ABOUT FIXING IT.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED SOME DAMAGING VIRUSES FROM MY COMPUTER, REMOVED ALL OF THE PROGRAMS, AND PUT THE UNINFECTED PROGRAMS BACK ON IT. THEN THEY INSTALLED NEW VERSIONS OF THE PROGRAMS THAT WERE DAMAGED BY THE VIRUSES.
