This is a very old house. After snaking the line and fixing the drain they found that sewer lines were backed up and partially clogged, too. So they cleaned it out as well. One hour of work for two men, price very reasonable.

We've used associate plumbing before and we were very pleased. They're prices are reasonable and they came earlier than expected.

Work was good. Scheduling was a nightmare. A toilet I was told was broken only needed bolts tightened.

They are very well on price and a very good company. The last time they came out was to snake our drains and fixed some things in the toilet of my rental home. They had to dig a hole into the pipe and snake it.

Went very smoothly.

They did the job and cleaned out the sewer line and it works fine. However they were really messy and did not bring a container to capture the black water that came out when they opened the sewer line to rod it out. I had to provide them with a large rubber made (30 gal.) garbage can for them to use. They did carry it out side, and dump it, when they were done but they did not clean it out.

It went wonderful. I was able to obtain the equipment I needed and took care of the problem thanks to Joe's advice over the phone, and all the time he was on standby in case it did not work ready to send someone over to take care of it. He will have all of my business from now on. There is something to be said about putting the person first instead of the business! A truly wonderful experience!!!

They were prompt, professional, and efficient in fixing the leak and very considerate of any possible inconvenience that their work might cause. They checked every possible source of the leak before deciding to open the wall. They explained the problem and what the options were to fix it. I felt that I could trust them and that they took pride in their work and that their pricing was fair. I would definitely recommend them!

I was referred to Joe several years back by a customer of mine (I sell windows, siding, roofing for Premier Window Systems) who was quite happy with him. I have a few rental properties, and have used Joe (and his son Joe) on several occasions. Always they've been polite, professional and reasonably priced. Today's job was a little more challenging and they handled it well. I've had experiences with other companies with which I have been far less satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to use them. Did a great job!!! This is the second time I had service done from them. Pricing extremely reasonable for the work done. He even fixed what the plumber did incorrectly that was there before him that I didn't notice. He is honest and dependable, I wish more people were like him!

Although Joe arrived late, he tackled a dirty, messy job with professionalism. He unclogged both drain lines in about an hour. His business card is now in my Rolodex of "good guys to know."

It was wonderful. Inexpensive, fast, and excellent craftsmanship. There was only 1 single little leak when they first tested the system, which they quickly fixed. They worked until 7 on the second day to make sure the washing machine was hooked up correctly. We will never use anyone else!

I was referred to this company by a contractor working on the house next door. I requested that Associated gave me two estimates, one for the work described above (but including a replacement toilet in the main bath and without the cutoff valves, and just fixing the leaking hot water valve in the family room sink) and a second for the above but with replacing the tub and sink including a tub surround in the main bathroom. After I got the estimate, I decided to ask the contractor to remodel the main bath, and just have Associated do the work already described, including the cutoff valves so I would have a bathroom to use while the main bath was being remodeled. They came on time and got to work right away. When they got to the leaking hot water faucet in the family room they found they could not repair the 30+ year old valve, and would have to come back with a new faucet assembly. It was at this point that I discussed with them that I wanted the cutoff valves installed. They told me they could come back on Monday with the new faucet and install the cutoff valves. On Monday we spent about 20 minutes moving stuff out of the way in the utility room so they could get to the pipes. This was my fault as I misunderstood where they were going to put the valves. One guy installed the new faucet while the other started cutting the pipes. They worked together installing the valves and were done in about an hour, but when the water was turned on the hot water valve had a leak. It took almost another hour trying to get the solder to stick on the top side of the join near the ceiling and only a few inches from a wall, making it almost impossible to see. When he wrote up the bill, he DID NOT charge me for the extra time it took them to install the valve. Altogether, I have to say I would recommend this company to my friends.

I have been a customer for years. Joe is a friendly guy who does great work. I found him on the recommendation of a neighbor years ago. He is less expensive than the bigger companies, and is generally available in a reasonable amount of time.
